    Take the back road
    Chapter three
We took a left off the main road, which led down to a farm.
The barn was big, brown and looked like it was going to fall apart.
Two girls outside of the barn were cleaning up a dark brown horse.
Looking out onto the right side of the car, there was a field. There must had been
over 10 cows in the field; there was a couple of baby cows too.
We pulled to a stop, when we got to the driveway. We were parked infront
of a navy blue 2 story house. Marc asked me if I wanted to go inside
and get cleaned up, because I was all dirty and had a little of blood
on my knee from the accident.
He led me inside, and showed me where the bathroom was.
I brought my bag into the bathroom with me that I grabbed before
I got out of the car to go in the pick-up truck with Marc.
I reapplied my blush on my face, when I first looked in the mirror.
I looked like hell. I was hell. I put some more mascara, and
darkened my eye liner, so I didn't look as pale.
I changed my shirt into a pink tighter tanktop, and rolled up my
    whitened jeans into capress.
When I came out of the bathroom, I walked through the kitchen area
and I heard Marc talking in the room over from that. So when I got
into the living room, there was a mother cradling a little baby girl in a maroon blanket.
The lady looked like she had been crying, because her eyes were dark
and red. She was wearing a bright lime-green shirt, with tan baggy shorts.
She gave a quick smile when I walked into the room, she
stood up from the chair she was sitting on and put out her hand.
I shook her hand and she said,
"Hello, nice to meet you Grace; I'm Martha, Marcs mom"
I replied "nice to meet you too" I gave a shy little smile to Martha
and the little baby she was holding. Marc had told Martha what
had happened to me, and how I wasn't staying anywhere right now. So they
asked me if I wanted to stay for dinner.
About an hour later I was sitting at the kitchen table with
Marc, Martha, Dave Marcs dad, and Courtney Marcs little baby sister.
We said Grace, and prayed before we all started to eat
all of the chicken and mash potatoes Martha had just made.
It smelled amazing, I was just thinking about how I haven't aten good food
like this in a while, because I always had to make myself my own food and I was
    never good at that.
Dave hesitated when he said to me
"what brings you to this side of town? And what do your parents do for jobs"
I looked down at my food wondering how I should answer this..
Feed back always good, fave or follow me if you like it!.. soo if you do just show me that you didd(: thankss love you girlls

    Take the back road
    Chapter two
I was shaking not knowing what to do next,
because the truck that almost killed me just kept on driving.
I sat there in silence, for about 10 minutes which felt like forever.
I was thinking to myself maybe this happened
to me so I would go back home.
But I knew that my parents haven’t
even got home and most likely wouldn’t be home tonight.
    I couldn’t take it anymore.
I was so upset that I just started crying.
I heard a car start to slow down behind my red jeep
that was about 10 feet into the field.
I looked into the rearview mirror and saw this
    small dark green pickup truck.
The person got out of the car and he started walking
over to where I was sitting in the car.
He was wearing a cowboy hat,
a brown shirt that tightly hugged his perfect body
and he was wearing dark brown cowboy boots.
He was staring right at me, and was wearing a sly smile on his face.
When he got over to me, he asked
    “you all right sweetie?
Looks like you got a problem on your hands”
“Yeah” I said.. I continued telling him about what happened
when I was driving on the road.
And how I almost got hit by a truck and they just kept on driving on by.
I was thinking to myself why on earth this boy
trying to help me, while I was looking like I just rolled out of bed.
With my strawberry blond hair put up into a messy bun,
jeans, converse, and a big tee shirt.
Since I just had been bawling my eyes out my eyes
were most likely wicked red and my makeup was smudged.
I got out of my car and I started shaking really quickly.
So the boy took me into his arms and hugged me
while I was crying on his shoulder.
I heard him clear his throat and he slowly said
“ Hi I’m Marc, I live about two miles down the road.
    Where are you heading too?”
I looked up into his eyes and responded
    “my names Grace,
and I have no clue where I am going,
    I’m lost."

    Take the back road
    Chapter one
    I wasn’t going to look back from now on;
I was going through my old town not sure where I was heading next.
    I was sick of people treating me like I wasn’t good enough for them;
my parents weren’t even parents anymore.
They were out partying and doing stuff for longer than I can remember.
They would leave me home alone by myself,
when they went to go get high somewhere else.
I was sick of my life so I packed up my stuff,
wrote a letter and got in the car and left.
After I wrote the letter I placed it on my bed. The letter said:
    Dear mom and dad,
Even though you don’t ever talk to me, I’m sorry for leaving you like this. I don’t like the way you treated me. I hope to god that you two will get better with your lives, and learn to love a little. I don’t know where I am going yet but I will not be coming back.
    ~ Grace
My parents were not the only reason
why I chose to leave the city where I lived.
My ex-boyfriend abused me and I couldn’t take it anymore.
He called me names and my “friends” were on his side instead of mine.
I was turning 17 in two months, straight A student,
but failing at one; being loved.
As I got into my red jeep,
the smell of the air freshener was stinking up the car with its peachy peach.
I was now on the highway, I kept on going straight.
Bought a new gallon of gas and I was ready for a road trip.
My speakers blasting so I couldn’t even hear myself crying.
I got into an area where there was fields surrounding the road on both sides.
A car was coming up fast right at me,
    so I quickly turned to the side;
making the right side of the car hit into a bunch of bails of hay.
Feed back always good, fave or follow me if you like it! sorry the chapters a little short right now i just wanna know how many people are gonna read it, if even somebody is gonna read itt.. soo if you do just show me that you didd(: thankss love you girlls
