can someone please tell me why i get labeled rude and mean just because of the fact that i'm a directioner? i mean yes, we love one direction. yes, some of us (me included) won't ever shut up about them at times. yes, we listen to their music 24/7. but NO, not all of us are cruel and b/tchy. i saw a quote on witty today about how all of the directioners are hating on mitch lucker and he deserved to die. that quote made me sick. not all directioners are like that though, yet every single one of us get the blame just because a couple heartless people said/did something that someone took the bad way. plus, it's not like the one direction fan base is the only fanbase that has people who hate on other bands/artists. i'm pretty sure that there is at least one person that loves a musician as much as you do, but they completely troll other musicians. and i haven't been on witty as long as others, but i know for fact that we weren't always like this. we used to accept others opnions and never ever judge others. but look where it's come to. people fighting over a boy band. and yes, it is as pathetic and stupid as it sounds. why can't we just respect each others tastes in music!? i mean, search "music" in the little quote bar. you'll get about 9462435987 hits-- all about how "music is your escape," "music is a drug," and how "music is god's gift to us." but, when people start saying how much they love one direction and how this band saved their life... they get yelled at. people tell them to leave, that one direction is stupid. we respect your music choice, don't we? we don't tell you to get off of music, even if we completely hate what you love. so why can't directioners get that chance too?
