There is this girl I know.
Ever since she was little she wanted to grow up to become a star.
But when she was 5, she got cancer. She lived with her dad. Her mom had died when she was 6. Her dad was an alchoholic and her sister was so sick of the world that she comitted suicide. Her life was so very depressing.
Yet she lived her life like she was a star.
One day I asked her "How do you have that glow around you when everything around you seems so dark and depressing?"
She smiled at me and said "Stars can't shine without darkness."
