Make her something or something that always makes me smile is a me to you teddy that you an get in card shops with like t-shirts on and sometimes hey have writing on them like i have one that says happy birthday. reply

If older- You can make her a huge card, and get an itunes card if she has an ipod, so she can listen to music in the hospital so she wont be bored:)

how old is she?
young- get her a big stuffed animal like a huge teddy bear. Kids love that stuff. Or maybe some chocolates with the stuffed animal.

when i want to get my sister something special i personalise my gift, so make it yours. so like you could get loads of happy pictures where shes smiling and make a collage and write some stuff so like her fav song lyrics or her fav quote, or something like 'your the best sister anyone could wish for' something like that?:) i hope this helped! x reply
