@5678julie, I think she is referring to "water weight," and it is proven that your weight fluctuates all through the day. @ Take the chance, It doesn't matter if it worked for you and helped make you less hungry, the fact of the matter is it is still bad for you and it 100% does NOT wash out fat, that's impossible. Fat is stored outside of your digestive tract, so eating water will not even come into contact with the fat, the only thing water will do is be absorbed and used to function in chemical reactions to make glucose.

lol, you can't "wash fat out!!" and besides, chewing ice is bad for your teeth it can wear them down... so this probably isn't a great idea...
