I believe that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is innocent.
That does not mean that I am heartless.
That does not mean that I am a terrorist sympathizer.
That does not mean that I don't care about the victims.
That does not mean that I am a fangirl.
It does not mean that I only support him because he is "cute" or "young".

I believe in the right for every person, alleged terrorist or not, to have a fair trial.

Just a very much shortened list of the reasons of why I believe that Jahar is innocent:
-The bags that had contained the explosive device, that were also shown in the pictures provided to the public by the FBI, do NOT match the bags worn by Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and Tamerlan Tsarnaev.
-The backpack Jahar is wearing is shown in pictures of his apartment, which means he left the scene with it and it was brought back to his apartment.
-The pictures shown to the public of Jahar leaving the scene "without his backpack" are clearly photoshopped. If you wish for me to explain this, and show you examples on the photographs for you to look at, I can do so. Just ask politely.
-There are so many contradictions in the official story provided to the public. Again, if you ask, I can list them off for you.

-    According to the Boston Globe, there was a bomb drill taking place on Boylston street. The official Boston Globe twitter page tweeted this MINUTES BEFORE THE BOMBS WENT OFF. When agents were later questioned about the bomb drills, the question was repeatedly ignored on several occasions. Also, the tweet informing the public of the bomb drills was later deleted, and can no longer be found on the Boston Globe's twitter page.
-
Several witnesses stated that Jahar did NOT run over his brother in a ruthless attempt to get away. In fact, the witnesses said that it was actually a police SUV that hit Tamerlan.
-We are expected to believe that even though Jahar thought he was dying or was going to die, he somehow found a marker and had time to write a "confession" on the side panel of the boat? Who the f**k carries around a sharpie? Also, since the side panels of the boat are in clear sight, why would it have taken a month of searching to find this?
-In the pictures we see of Jahar coming out of the boat he was hiding in, he is clearly uninjured and perfectly able to climb out of the boat on his own terms. HOWEVER, in the picture shown of him lying on the ground, he is severly wounded in several places, and his face is covered in blood that was not there in the other picture.
-^^^^^^ The government's attempt to assassinate Jahar was clearly FAILED ^^^^^^

My thoughts involving Jahar's arraignment that took place on July 10th, 2013-

-Jahar pleaded NOT GUILTY to all 30 charges he was faced with, including the 17 of them where seeking the death penalty is an option.

I was very happy to see that Jahar pleaded not guilty. Of course, this does not confirm that Jahar is innocent, but it gives me all the more reason to believe that he is. There is obviously a reason for him and his defense team pleading guilty. They don't like the charges he was faced with. If they believed that there was not a chance for the charges that he was faced with to be dropped, or for him to be found innocent, they would not have made that plea. And here's why: Jahar is against the death penaly, meaning, he would prefer life in jail than death row. If he were to be found guilty of the charges against him (for the 17 that carry the possibility of the death penality) there would be a greater chance of the death penalty to be pursued than if he would've just plead guilty.

-The death penality was not brought up once during the arraignment.

What this means is for the 17 charges that could possibly carry the death penality, the death penalty was not announced as a possible punishment. Life in jail was the worst penalty that was listed.
To be completely honest, I'm not 100% sure what to believe about this, although I do find it surprising and interesting.

-Jahar seemed to have a thick russian accent when he spoke, but he didn't have one before.

Come on, I think it's completely ridiculous that people are freaking out over this. He spoke all of two words in the whole arraignment, how can you tell from that?
Keep in mind his jaw was shattered. Wouldn't that alter the way you spoke?
Keep in mind he is currently deaf in one ear. That definitely changes the way you speak.
Keep in mind Russian is his native tongue.

Really, I don't think it's a huge deal.

Oh, and don't even start with the whole "it might be a clone/look-alike/cyborg s***. It was Jahar.

I obviously have other thoughts about the whole case, so if you have questions, please feel free to ask me. I would be happy to disxuss with you and answer any questions you may have. I would also be happy to share with you my opinion on any matters you might be curious about.

If you are going to be a f**khead, then don't even bother. I won't take you seriously.
Seriously, at least give me some good reasoning, some good discussion. Don't embarass yourself.

Small Section of Transcript from the July 10th arraignment of
    USA v. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev
The Clerk: Mr. Tsarnaev, as to Counts 1, 2, 4, 23, 25, 27, 29 of the indictment, charging you with use of a weapon of mass destruction resulting in death and conspiracy to use a weapon of mass destruction resulting in death, a violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 2332a, how do you plead, guilty or not guilty?
Ms. Clarke: Your Honor, as to all counts we've advised Mr. Tsarnaev that today it's appropriate to enter not guilty pleas, and we would ask the Court to enter not guilty pleas.
The Court: Well, I would like him to answer.
Ms. Clarke: Thank you, your Honor.
The Defendant (Dzhokhar Tsarnaev): Not guilty.

I just laugh when people say that I don't know what I am talking about and that I should do research before I say that Dzhokhar is innocent.
    Seriously?
Ever since April 15th this case has been a huge part of my life. It is always in my mind, and I am always doing research and forming opinions and theories.
I have read all of the released legal documents involving the case (The Criminal Complaint/ Affidavit, the transcripts for both the bedside hearing and the arraignment, the motion for appointment of David Bruck as third counsel, the motion to appoint learned counsel, witness reports, police reports, etc.) at LEAST 10 times each.
I have reviewed the security footage and pictures released to the public over and over and over again. There is not a single thing in the photographic "evidence" that I have not seen. I promise you that.
I have read through the charges that Jahar is facing, and I have read through all of the penalties/bails that go along with these charges, and I have looked into those penalties.
I have looked into laws specific to the state of MA (such as the death penalty).
I have taken online legal&law courses to better understand the American Legal&Justice system.
Yet you have the nerve to call me uneducated, tell me that I don't know what I am talking about, and tell me to do research?
Just because I have a different opinion than you does not mean I do not know what I am talking about.

    ~HUGE PIECE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE~
The backpack that Jahar is wearing at the marathon can be seen in his apartment (one week after the bombings). Therefore, the bag he had at the marathon did not explode, and was not left behind.

This is insane. There is no way this is a coincedence.
And another f**ked thing about this is:
that police officer was released with only a fine of $1000,
despite all the evidence, and explosives found in his residence.
NO f**king way this is a coincedence.

TOPSFIELD, Massachusetts (Reuters) - The FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force is investigating a Boston-area man after authorities found materials in his bedroom that could be used for making a pressure-cooker bomb similar to the devices used in the deadly Boston Marathon attack, authorities said on Saturday.
Police arrested 27-year-old Daniel Morley last month on domestic assault and battery charges and for making a bomb threat, according to the Topsfield Police Department.
After a nearly four-hour standoff on June 9, police discovered in Morley's bedroom a Russian-made assault rifle, a pressure cooker and other materials that concerned investigators, said Gary Hayward, a detective sergeant with Topsfield police.
It's obviously too early to make any connections between this and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and the Boston bombings.
Although I do think it may have a part to play.
This, as well as the Boston police officer where explosives were found in his residence.
Although I have no solid evidence to make the connection, so please do not bash me for it. It's only my opinion.

    GEORGE ZIMMERMAN
    HAS BEEN FOUND
    NOT GUILTY OF MANSLAUGHTER.
Let's think about this for a moment.
-You can accidentally hit someone in your car while driving and still get manslaughter.
-You can build an unstable house which collapses on and kills the people inside it years after the fact and still get manslaughter.
-You can cook without washing your hands and give someone a sickness that kills them and still get manslaughter.
But George Zimmerman chased down an African-American child after being directly told by 911 not to exit his car and shot the child in the head.
    AND HE DIDN'T EVEN
    F**KING GET
    MANSLAUGHTER.

Today was Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's arraignment. If you do not know what an arraignment is, here's the basic definition (in my own words):
An arraignment is a criminal proceeding at which the defendant is called before a court of competent jurisdiction, at which the defendant is asked to enter either a "guilty" or "not guilty" plea for their charge(s).
So I just wanted to make sure it's clear that this was NOT a trial.
The arraignment for Jahar lasted a short time of only TEN MINUTES.
Jahar was faced with 30 charges, 17 of which the maximum penalty is the death penalty. HOWEVER, at this arraignment, the death penalty was not mentioned once, which was surprising. For those 17 charges the maximum penalty spoken was life in prison, however the death penalty can be pursued with those charges and still might be pursued depending on IF Dzhokhar is found guilty or innocent.
FOR EVERY SINGLE CHARGE THAT JAHAR WAS FACED WITH, HE PLEAD NOT GUILTY.
This is exactly what I was hoping would happen. Let me point something out- Jahar is opposed to the death penalty. In other words, he would rather face life in jail than death, if he was found guilty. If Jahar were to plead guilty, then it would be more likely to recieve life over death if he were to be found guilty. But if Jahar pleaded not guilty, and then was found guilty, the chance of him receiving the death penalty is higher.
Why would he do that if he was guilty, and he did not
    want death?
Jahar's defense team obviously knows what I mentioned above, and they WANTED JAHAR TO PLEAD NOT GUILTY, and they are obviously working in his favor. So if they did not think that he was going to be proven innocent... it would make no sense for them to want him to plead guilty.
Do you see what I am saying here?
JAHAR'S DEFENSE TEAM KNOWS THERE IS A GOOD CHANCE OF HIM BEING PROVEN TO BE INNOCENT, SO THEY WANTED HIM TO PLEAD NOT GUILTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Another point that I want to make is that an extremist individual who has commited an act of terror is very open about the fact that they commited the crime. They are proud of themselves. They want the whole world to see this "glorious" thing that they did. They also want to die. They WANT the death penalty. Because in their eyes, they will die as a martyr and go to paradise. If everything that I said was true, which it is, IF JAHAR WERE AN EXTREMIST WHY THE F**K WOULD HE NOT WANT THE DEATH PENALTY, AND WHY WOULD HE PLEAD NOT GUILTY?
If you have any questions, please feel free to comment below or comment on my profile. Thanks for your time, and if you are just going to comment being an a**hole, then please just stop what you are doing, get a life, and leave me alone. But if you are going to be civil and keep an open mind, then feel free :D <3

Jahar has told his mother that he and Tamerlan are innocent!
Excerpt from an article below (although there are multiple confirming)
"MAKHACHKALA, Russia (AP) — The mother of the surviving suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings said Thursday her son has recovered enough to walk. Zubeidat Tsarnaeva tells The Associated Press that 19-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev walked without a wheelchair to speak to his mother last week for the first and only phone conversation they have had since he has been in custody. She says he assured his parents that he and his slain brother are innocent of the April 15 bombings that killed three people and wounded more than 260. Zubeidat Tsarnaeva says her son told her he's getting better and has a very good doctor, but he's struggling to understand what happened. She says she could feel that he's "being driven crazy by the unfairness" of the situation and the death of his brother, Tamerlan, in a shootout with police. The suspects' father says he still hoping that his sons will be cleared, and Dzhokar will return to their home "crippled, but at least alive." "
