What if every 11:11, birthday, and shooting star wish came true?
I woke up to my alarm clock yelling at me loudly. "Ugh. Sunday. Church." I say to myself, as I hit the clock.
I stumbled out of bed and run straight to my closet. "What to wear. What to wear." I say, tapping my feet in confusion. I look into my closet, and grab the first thing I see; a white ruffled dress. I get myself into the dress and walk downstairs. As I glance at the clock, I see the 4 numbers that are being displayed. 11:11. "Gosh. I just wish the church would set on fire.." I pop a piece of bread into the toaster and walk slowly away. Just then, my mom runs frantically into the kitchen and stares. "Alarice, I just got a call from the church. Somebody in the kitchen started a fire."
I look deeply into my mothers eyes with confusion, and without hesitation, I run upstairs to my room.

i give up. this is all too much. i've tried so hard to be happy but it just
makes it worse covering it up. at night, it kills. i think of anything and
everything, it's killing me and i can't do this anymore. i finally found someone
who made me happy and it turns out it was just all a lie to them. now, it's not
just cause of a relationship that didn't work. that'd be stupid. it's the fact
that no one wants me here. i'm a burden to everyone and i'm sorry for that. i
know people from witty are here for me and i thank you so much for all of you
just being there. but it's not enough. i'm always alone. and that's when i think
the most. ever heard that thinking can kill you? well yeah, it sure can. i've
actually been thinking about this for months now, no one has noticed cause i
always look so happy while i'm pretty much dying on the inside. i know it could
be so much worse, i've heard it before. but it just doesn't matter to me. it's a
constant pain, physically and emotionally. i hurt so much. most of you probably
think, "oh he's just overreacting. he won't do anything." well fine, think that.
i don't blame you. a lot of people do this for attention and it's usually the
one's who don't that go unnoticed. but ye. i love you all. bye.

Yo, wittians.
so I've seen a few quotes about having a "detox" day on witty, and I really liked the idea.
Basically, we would have a day where no one used pretty formats, just plain black arial font so we would fave quotes for what they have in them, not how they look. If you're interested, comment on this quote or on iridescent3's profile. Peace.
