    Chapter 11
    “A war?”
“Yes. My parents were friends with some vampires. My parents were humans, and these other vampires thought that Vampires should not befriend humans. So they started a war. They came after us in the middle of the night. I heard the noises of the fight coming from the living room, so I got up to go investigate. They were torturing my parents. I yelled at them to stop, and then they came after me. I fought. This guy was about to kill me, but I ducked. His claws hit my face. My parents were almost dead, and I was about to die when their friends showed up with reinforcements. They fought all the evil vampires away. Then they saved my mom and dad by biting them, and turning them.” I was silent for a minute.
    “So, what happened after that?”
“My parents, being newborn vampires went crazy. They smelled my blood and tried to attack me. Maksim and Ilona fought them off long enough to escape with me. That’s when they told me that my parents wouldn’t stop until they found me. That they wouldn’t stop until I was dead. That’s when I realized, I wasn’t too much of a help as long as I was human. I would only get them killed if I stayed a human, so I made the choice to undergo the transformation. Now here I am. Telling you about this.”
“Can you get in trouble for telling me?”
“No. But you can. If one of the rogues finds out we’re communicating, it’ll be dangerous. They’ll come after you.”
“What made you finally decide to tell me?”
    “Kirsten.”
    “What about her?”
“She had a vision. She keeps having them until whatever is going to happen, happens. That only occurs when the person in the vision is reluctant to do something. The vision wouldn’t stop until I made my decision to talk to you.”
    “What can you do?”
“I’m a tracker. I can find where people are by following their scents or their emotions if they’re strong enough.”
“That’s cool. Is that how you found me?”
“Yes. Kirsten had a vision that you were in trouble, but she didn’t know where, so I used your emotions and scent.”
    “Both?”
“Yeah. It’s easier to find people that way. If I use both. But like I said, I can only use the emotions if they are strong enough.”
“Oh.” And so it went. I asked questions and he answered them. Not once did he ask me one. But whatever. I’m sure he would soon enough.

    Chapter 10
“Dasha, listen to me. I’m not what you think. I’m a vampire yes. But, I’m a good vampire. I don’t kill humans. I drink from animals. Only the bad vampires kill humans. I mean, you can still drink human blood and not be evil, but it’s harder to resist the temptations to kill a human.”
“So, the guy from the other night...”
    “Was an evil vampire. Vladimir.”
    “Where is he now?”
“He’s dead. But there are others. They live among us, but they normally don’t come out during the day.”
“How come you can? Wouldn’t the sun fry you like a piece of bacon?”
    “No.”
    “Do you sparkle?”
“You’ve been reading too much. Just because Stephanie Meyer says vampires sparkle doesn’t mean they do.”
“Then how can you go out in the sun?”
“I don’t know, but I can. It just causes a headache.”
“Oh. So, are you frozen in time?”
“No. I still age. It’s just we still look like we’re 25 when we’re actually like 300.”
    “Oh. How old are you?”
“18. I was changed recently.” We were silent for a few minutes.
“How did you get your scar?” Zachariah tensed. It seemed like that was the one question he was wishing I wouldn’t ask. But it was too late to take it back.
    “A war.”

    Chapter 9
    Dasha’s Point of View
School finally ended and it was time for Soccer. Today we were being assigned first string or second string, and getting to pick our numbers.
“Hey.” I heard his voice before I saw him. I turned to see him push off the wall he was leaning against. I kept going and he fell into step beside me, shortening his long stride to match mine. “Can you at least look at me?” I ignored him and kept walking. He grabbed my wrist and jerked me to a stop. His hands were cold, but not as cold as that one guys had been. “I’m trying to apologize. The least you can do is look at me!”
“Fine. But make it fast. I have soccer in 3 minutes.” He dropped his head.
“That’s not enough time to tell you everything. Can you meet me after practice?”
“Sure. But don’t get mad at me if I smell repulsive.” He sort of grinned and then turned and strode away. I was finally getting what I wanted, and I was afraid to hear what I was sure I would.
Practice was over. There was no sign of Zachariah anywhere. Figures. I grabbed my bag, and started off towards home. I got home, and went straight to the bathroom. I took a shower, and was straightening my hair when my mom knocked on the bathroom door.
“There’s a young man downstairs looking for you.”
“Okay? Tell him I’ll be down in a minute.” I finished my hair and then put on a pair of jeans, a red tank top with a white half shirt and a pair of flip flops. I walked downstairs to find Zachariah standing next to the front door. I stopped.
    “What are you doing here?”
“I told you I was going to explain. You made it sound like you would smell, so I decided to let you get cleaned up first. Now, care to join me?”
“Sure. Mom? I’m goin out. I’ll be back later!” We went out the door and I closed it behind us. He got into his shiny black Jeep, and I got into the passenger seat.
    “So, what’s this about?”
“Before I tell you anything, you have to promise me not to freak out. Okay?”
“Okay.” He gave me a look so I said, “I promise. Just tell me.”
“I’m a vampire.” I’m pretty sure I just stopped breathing.

    Chapter 8
    “How did you do it?”
    “Do what?”
    “Save me.”
    “I don’t know what you’re talking about.”
“That’s a lie. And you know it. How did you know where I was?”
“Can’t you just thank me and get over it?”
“Thank you. Now, how did you do it?”
“I just did alright!?! Why does it matter how I did it, as long as I did it. If I hadn’t showed up, you’d be dead right now.”
“Zachariah, I’m not going to tell anyone. I just need to know how you did it.”
“I’m sorry. I can’t tell you.” I sighed and stood up, then walked away.
    Zachariah’s Point of View
For some reason, I felt very close to this girl, and I hated lying to her. She walked away, and immediately Kirsten was sitting where Dasha had been.
“You need to tell her. It’s going to happen. Why ignore the inevitable? Just do it. Only good things can come of it.”
“Why do you keep pestering me about this? I don’t want to tell her.”
    “But you have to.”
“I’ll tell her when the time is right.”
“The time can’t be any better than right now.”
“I’ll tell her when I’m ready.”
    “You’ll never be ready.”
“You know, you’re awfully short to be so hugely annoying. Can’t you go bother someone else!”
“Excuse me for being fed up with seeing the same stupid vision of you two over and over again! And to be honest, it’s something I would rather have not seen.”
    “What did you see?”
“I’d rather not talk about it. Just tell her. Now.” I sighed.
    “Fine. But after school.”
“Okay. Just as long as you do it.”

    Chapter 7
    Dasha’s Point of View
I woke up the next morning and looked out the window. It was dull. As always. And rainy. Great. I straightened my hair, and got dressed. Pants and a shirt with a pair of tennis shoes. I threw on a rain coat with a hood and grabbed my bag. I walked downstairs, and into the kitchen.
“Morning, Dasha.” My mom greeted me. She handed me a plate of pancakes and bacon, then set a glass of orange juice on the table.
“Thanks, Mom.” I ate slowly, savoring every bite. Once I was finished I put my plate and glass in the sink and walked out the door, calling bye to my mom over my shoulder. Cassi was waiting on the porch swing.
    “So, how were tryouts?”
    “Fine.”
“You think you made the team?”
“Yeah.” And that was pretty much it as far as conversation on my part. I didn’t want to talk about tryouts, and I couldn’t tell her about Zachariah saving me from whatever it was I was about to be killed by. Vampire. To me, that was impossible. Vampires just don’t exist.
The day went by slowly, and at lunch time, I sought out Zachariah. I finally had a chance to talk to him about what happened. Cassi was talking to a few jocks (again with ugly attitudes) so I knew I wouldn’t have her hovering above me.
He sat at a table by himself. I walked up.
“I need to talk to you.”
“I believe you just did. Nice chat. Bye.”
“I’m serious. Please?” He sighed and pulled out a chair.
    “Fine.”

    Chapter 6
The sounds of the fight faded behind me as I ran the rest of the way home. I opened the front door, and slammed it shut. My parents looked up.
“Is something wrong?” My dad asked.
“Nah. It just... looks like rain. That’s all. Plus I wanted to tell you, I had the fastest time on the mile at tryouts.” I smiled.
“Really? That’s great honey!” My mom said. And my dad, being the competitive grump that he is asked “What was your time?”
“3:18.” They looked at each other. My mother stared at me, wide-eyed. Once I realized they weren’t going to say anything, I went upstairs to my room. I took a quick shower, and then settled into bed.
    Zachariah’s Point of View
I could smell her. She smelled like strawberries. And fear. I found her under a street light. Vladimir was at the edge of the light, in the shadows. He spoke to her. She tried to be brave, but her façade faltered for only a second. I hated this man. I hated that he was talking to this girl, and I hated that he was going to kill her. I knew I would step in before he would even draw her blood. Kirsten stood a little ways down for me. Waiting for my signal. His teeth grazed her neck, and I heard her heartbeat quicken. It was now or never. I jumped forward, smacking into Vladimir, which caused him to release her. I yelled at her to run as I fought him. Only when Kirsten stepped in, did I dare to look at Dasha. She saw my face, and once again I told her to run. This time she did. My attention was averted for half a second, and I turned back right as he was about to snap Kirsten’s neck. I grabbed him from behind. His neck was in my hand. I twisted, and his head came off. He stopped moving.
“Come on. We have to get home and finish ripping him apart. Then we have to burn the pieces.”
    “But what about Dasha?”
    “She’s fine Kirsten. Go!”
    “But she saw you!”
“I’m aware. I’ll think of something. Now move.”
“You know I’ve seen you two together. That’s why you saved her isn’t it?”
“I saved her because she’s human. Just because you’ve seen it, doesn’t mean it’ll happen.”
“My visions always come true Zachariah, and you know it. How else do you think we found them here?”
I stayed silent. I grabbed Vladimir’s body, and took off running. Dasha didn’t need me in her life. It would only cause her more problems. Kirsten was right though. We would end up together, somehow. I didn’t know when, and I didn’t know how, but we would. The only thing I could do, was prolong it as long as I could.

    Chapter 5
I stopped directly under the street light. When I stopped, he stopped. But he wasn’t in the light. He was standing just outside the edge of the light, in the shadows.
“Hello, Dasha. My we’ve grown up haven’t we?” His voice was deep and menacing. I had no idea who this fruitcake was, or how he knew my name, or why he was following me, but he needed to be backin’ up off me. Right now.
“Do I know you?” I tried to keep my voice strong, but my voice faltered a tiny bit.
    “No. But I know you.”
“Alright. Well, I’m gonna go now.” I stepped backwards, hesitantly, a few times. Then turned and walked away.
“It’s not polite to turn your back on people.”
“It’s not polite to stalk someone either.” I continued walking. Then, his hands clasped my wrists. His breath was hot on my neck.
“Don’t be petty, Dasha.” He bent his face down, and ran his nose along my neck. He sighed. “Oh. You smell so good. Like strawberries. It’s mouthwatering.” He sighed again. “I’ve been waiting so long for this. I’m sorry, but I’m afraid I must tell you, this is going to hurt quite a bit.” Again he lowered his head to my neck. Something sharp grazed the spot where you could feel my heart beat. His cold hands were tight around my wrists. Just as he was putting pressure on my neck, something slammed in to him.
“Dasha, run!” He shouted. The fight moved into the light, and another figure joined in. The first guy, the one who had saved me, turned to look at me. He had one long scar extending from his eyebrow to his chin.
    “Run, Dasha!” I ran.

    Chapter 4
I couldn’t believe my time. Neither could Coach. I knew I was fast. But a mile in 3 minutes and 18 seconds? That’s impossible. You’d have to have superhuman speed. No normal person could do that! Then again, I’m not normal. I was a surprise baby. And had something majorly wrong with my legs and lungs. On top of that, I was born 4 months early. They told my mom I would never survive, and that if I somehow did, I would never be able to walk, and I’d always have to be hooked up to a breathing machine. Yet somehow, here I am. I’m running. I’m breathing just fine. As if I had walked the mile instead of ran it.
“Go get some water. Sit down for a few minutes.” I was fine. However, I saw no reason to freak my coach out any more than I already had. So, I walked over to the water table that was set up under the shade tree. Got a cup of water and sat down to wait for everyone else. Again, I got this weird feeling I was being watched. I turned around, and at the far corner of the field, at the edge of the trees, there stood a figure dressed in black. Sun glasses covered his eyes and he leaned against a tree. He watched me intently. After a while of staring at each other, he nodded at me. Slowly, he turned, and disappeared into the forest. With him, the feeling disappeared.
By this time, a few more people had finished their mile and came to get some water. They all gave me weird looks, and made a big deal about staying far away from me. So I finished in a freakishly small amount of time. It happens.
Once everyone was done, Coach had us do a few drills. Some were just running from one end of the field to the other, and some were with a ball to test our passing and kicking ability.
We had a partner which coach said would be our “sister.” Everyone had been picked except me. The next fastest girl was the only other one left. Her name was Adalyn and she had finished the mile in 4:22. She smiled at me and we began practicing.
Once practice ended, I left. I was walking down the sidewalk towards my house. It was dark. I again got the weird feeling I was being watched. I looked back over my shoulder. I was being watched. The only difference, I was being followed too. The street light shown briefly on the persons face. Long enough for me to see the red irises ringed in black, and to see the saliva dripping off the fangs. That's not normal.

    Chapter 3
All through class, I kept stealing sideways glances at Zachariah. He was sitting as far away from me as he could in his seat, but he was turned slightly towards me. Sometimes, I would catch him looking at me, and, embarrassed, I would drop my eyes back down to my calculus book. I had an 81 in this class, and I’m fast, but Zachariah is faster. He was done with his homework in 20 minutes. Once the bell rang, I grabbed my stuff and went out the door. I noticed that Zachariah was in every one of my classes. Either that or he was following me. But the teacher wouldn’t make him introduce himself. In every class, the teacher would make him stand in front of the class and introduce himself. And each time, he’d say the same thing. He would never talk to me, but somehow he’d always end up sitting next to me. He was always in the same position: On the edge of his chair, turned towards me. Every time I looked at him, my eyes went straight to his scar, and I found myself wondering how he had gotten it. Before the end of my last class, the soccer coach came in the room.
“Dasha? You don’t need anything for practice except shorts, a shirt, and tennis shoes. Okay?” I nodded. “See you at 5!” And she left. Out of the corner of my eye, I noticed Zachariah look at me, and then lower his head to the table once she had left. The bell rang and I grabbed my stuff. I headed out the front doors, and walked towards home. I got dressed for soccer tryouts. My red hair hung in a loose ponytail. I walked to the soccer field where everyone else was. “Alright ladies. Apparently, you think you have what it takes to be the best. Otherwise you wouldn’t be here. Now, I want only the fastest girls on my team. If you can run a mile in under 8 minutes. Good. First string player. If you run it in under 12 minutes, second string player. If it takes longer than that, sorry. Maybe next year. Alright? Now, just run the track once, and I’ll be standing at the end with a stop watch. Good luck. Ready? Set? Go!” I pushed myself as hard as I could go. When I crossed the finish line, Coach Carter looked up at me. “I can’t believe it. That’s impossible” She turned the stop watch to me, and I looked. 3:18.

After I signed my name to the signup sheet, I left the front office. Cassi was waiting for me. And again she was talking to someone. This time it wasn’t some stupid inconsiderate jock. Instead, it was a girl. Like the guy in the office, she too had pitch black hair. Her eyes seemed to be a pale green with a very small ring of black around the green iris.
“We just moved here.” I walked up just as she was answering Cassi’s question. Her voice was low, but tinkly. Very girly. But, still low. I walked up, and she seemed to tense. She tilted her head to one side and stared at me. Cassi, turned her head, She smiled when she saw me.
    “Are you ready?”
“OH, yeah. Kirsten, I’m sorry. I have to-“
“That’s okay. I’ll see you later.” She turned and walked away. She was so graceful, it was disturbing, and I found myself staring after her. What the heck is going on? Why are these two kids acting so weird? I suddenly got this weird feeling, like I was being watched. But, I was in a high school. It was probably just some perve checking me out. The bell rang.
“Crap. Come on. We have to go.” We ran up the steps. I was at the top of both flights before she was half way up the first. She tripped and staggered.
“Why... Can’t... you... walk... like a... normal person?” “It’s not my fault.” I went back down the steps and helped her up. At a slow pace, which I found totally annoying, we walked to class. She turned left and went to Algebra while I headed on to Pre cal.
I settled into my chair and pulled out my homework from the night before. The bell rang again. After a little while, the teacher spoke.
“Everyone, we have a new student today.” I looked up. It was the boy from the office. I watched as his eyes swept over the classroom, before finally resting on mine. I knew I should look away, but I couldn’t. “His name is Zachariah Night. He transferred all the way from Canada. Zachariah, why don’t you tell us about yourself?”
“I’m Zachariah.” My stomach twisted into knots at the sound of his voice. It was deep, but musical. It added mystery to this already mysterious boy. The teacher realized he wasn’t going to say anything else. She cleared her throat.
“Why don’t you take a seat there next to Dasha.” Just as she was telling me to raise my hand, he strode across the room and sat down into the seat next to me.

    Chapter one
I had lived in this town all my life. And each day it got suckier and suckier. I referred to it as “the crap hole.” This town was dull and boring. The sun barely ever shown. I mean, it’s not like it rained all the time, but everything was always damp. The sun was never out to dry up the water when it did rain.
My mom set a bowl of bran flakes in front of me. Great. Boring. Just like this town. “You better eat. You’re going to be late for school.” That wouldn’t be so bad, but I knew if I said anything I’d get grounded for my “snide comments.” The only thing she could take would be my iPod because she paid for it. “Actually mom, I’m just gonna get something at school.” I picked up the bowl of cereal and walked over to the counter where she stood, sliding eggs onto a plate. Sure, give yourself eggs, but forget about me. I put the bowl down, and kissed her on the cheek before walking out. I grabbed my bag, and walked out the door. I ignored the bus which was stopped, letting kids on, and kept walking down the sidewalk. My best friend, Cassi, who was about to step onto the bus, turned and looked at me.
“Dasha! Hold on.” I stopped, and she ran towards me. “You aren’t taking the bus?”
“Do I ever take the bus?”
    “Sometimes.”
“When it rains. It hardly rains. Then again, it’s hardly sunny either.” We walked the rest of the way to school. I listened to Cassi chatter about her night. We finally got to school. I went upstairs and put my stuff in my first block class. I hollered at Cassi who was chatting up some football dude, who had a really hot face and body, but an ugly attitude. Talk about a turn off. We headed towards the lunch room for breakfast. When we got there, the line was about a mile long on both sides. I had 10 minutes to eat, and it’d take longer than that to get through the line. I sighed and we left.
“Here.” Cassi pulled out two granola bars and handed them to me. I took them, and headed off towards the library. A bright colorful poster caught my attention. “Girls Soccer tryouts this afternoon at 5:00. Think you got what it takes to be the best? You better be there!” I stared at the poster.
    “You should do it.”
“Really?” she nodded. I kept going, past the library, towards the office to get the signup sheet. When I got there, there was a guy standing in the principals office. He was about 6’1. With pitch black hair. He turned to leave. And I saw his face. He had one long scar extending from his eyebrow, down to his chin. But he was still breathtakingly beautiful. His head snapped up as if someone had called his name, and he looked right at me. Without a word, he lowered his head again, and walked on.

    Prologue
The vampire stood above me. His red eyes glinting with the thought of his next kill: Me. On the outside, I was calm and cool, but on the inside I was begging for my life. He had told me to not show fear. That it might eventually save my life. “Vampires like it better when their prey shows fear. Just be calm. It’ll buy you some time.” Time for what? Time to think about the very painful way I was about to die? I didn’t know. All I did know: I was about to die. But I wasn’t going to let this creep get the satisfaction of me being afraid. The vampire grabbed me by my shirt and pulled me up. My feet dangled above the ground. This was it. I was going to die. A figure came from nowhere. It smacked into the evil vampire, and he let loose of me, sending me flying into a pile of rocks. I blacked out before I could see who saved me. Although, I already knew. No human could stand up to a vampire. Especially not one high on human blood.

    chapter 18
Sunday morning, I woke up in Tyson's bed alone. I could hear someone moving in the kitchen, and the smell of bacon wafted into the bedroom. I sat up and rubbed the sleep out of my eyes. That's when ty walked through the door with a plate of food and a glass of orange juice.
My eyes widened at the friend bolonga and bacon sandwhich. Tyson chuckled and bent to kiss me before handing me the plate with my favorite breakfast.
I ate and drank my orange juice then got up to take a shower. i shaved and washed my hair and everything else and then i stepped out. Wrapped in a towel, i went to the closet. I stood there looking for an outfit to put on. That's when he put his arms around me.
"Tyson, get off me." I said, tugging his hands apart and stepping out of his embrace.
    "Why?"
"Because I'm naked and all I have covering me is a towel. Now get out so I can get dressed." I shoved him towards the door.
"Fine." He left the bedroom and I continued looking for something to wear. I picked a pair of shorts, a turqiouise cami, and a pair of matching flip flops. I straightened my hair and then put it up into a ponytail.
Once I was dressed I walked into the kitchen. Tyson put the phone back on the hook, and then he turned to look at me.
"Who was that?" I asked him as I moved to the fridge to get a sprite.
"Jared. He's going to the mall and to the movies with a group of our friends, and he was wanting to know if we'd go. So what d'ya say? wanna go?
    "Sure."
"Oh, you might want to call that Lola girl. Jared doesn't have a girl."
"Her name is Laura. And okay, I'll text her. She texted back, agreeing and Tyson and I went to the parking lot to wait on everyone else.

I've been thinking about me not writing anymore.
And to be honest, I don't like it.
I have nothing to do with my time.
Anyways, I was wondering if I started writing again,
if you guys would read my stories.
I still havent finished Stranded in St. Augustines.
I'm working on My Protectors part 3 and a triquel to the There For Me series called missing. I've also started a whole new story called Thrill Ride, and I'm gonna start a new one about vampires. If you read all of this thank you!
Just fave or comment on this or my profile if u want me to start writing again.

    I Think...
Stephanie Meyer should write an alternate version of the Twilight series, but where Bella ends up with Jacob instead.
    anyone else?

    chapter 17
    6 months later
The months that followed the day Tyson asked me out were comfortable. Not to mention slow, but it didn't bother me. Tyson and I never went past making out. That was only behing closed doors, and only if we were alone. Neither Tyson or I liked the idea of PDA. I mean holding hands, a hug or a kiss on the forehead every now and then, sure. But a full fledged make out session? Um, no.
I was still a virgin, and to be honest the idea of me not being one scared me to death. We never talked about it, and I was fine with that. But it was wierd. Everytime we watched a movie and two people started going at it, an awkward tension filled the room. You could tell it was radiating from me. So that's why, while I was laying with Tyson in his bed one saturday night, I decided to talk to him about it.
"Ty, can I talk to you about something?" I asked nervously. I avoided meeting his eyes, and chewed on my bottom lip like I always do when I talk about something that embarasses me.
    "OF course. What is it?"
"Well," I started. "We've been together for a while now." I stopped. and silently cursed myself for how stupid I sounded.
"Yeah." He said it sort of confused. I looked into his eyes.
"And you're a guy right?" Tyson chuckled and nodded.
"Yeah. What tipped you off?" I ignored his jibe and continued.
"Well, how come we haven't... you know." He looked at me for a second, confused. And then understanding filled his eyes. He didn't say anything, so I kept going. "I mean is there something wrong with me?" I looked away from him when I said this. "Or do you just not want to?"
"Oh, Lexi, no! That's not it at all! You silly insecure girl. That's not the reason. I just don't want to push you to do something you're not ready to do. I'm a guy. I mean of course I want to, but only when you're ready. I would not make you do something you're not comfortable with." He pulled me close, but was still looking in my eyes. "You need to stop being so insecure." He kissed me on the nose. "You have nothing to be insecure about. You're beautiful." I smiled at him.
"Thank you." He rubbed my back slowly, and then his eyes took on a new sparkle.
    "Lexi?"
"Yeah, Ty?" He seemed unsure of wether or not he should continue, but he did.
"I love you?" He said it like a question. Only because he was unsure of what my reaction would be. He looked at me hesitantly ready to say something to fix what he'd just said. Then I grinned and he relaxed.
"I love you too, Ty!" He pulled me even closer, and rested his cheek on my head. I stayed like that the rest of the night. In Ty's arms. I even fell asleep, buried in his chest, breathing in his scent of irish spring soap.
Sorry it took so long to update!! :P I've had so much make up work to do. I still have some, but I figured I would post a chapter! Oh and I just wanted to let you know, some girl named SydneeySmilesx3 said I stole her collab story. I was not aware that there was a collab story going on with the same title and plot as mine. StillFlyy gave me the rights to use the school name St. Augustines. I came up with the plot by myself, and asked to use the school. She said yes. end of story. I don't appreciate people telling me I stole stuff I came up with by myself!!!

    chapter 16
"Tyson?" I asked confused. He ran down hallway at full speed. "What are you-" Tyson ran into me, knocking me into the wall. He kissed me. Right there. He pulled away and I just looked at him. "What'd you do that for?" I asked once I regained my composure.
"Because you did." He looked at me. Tyson smiled a cocky smile and then reached out to hold my hand.
"But... last night you-" He cut me off.
"Forget last night I was just confused. I mean you're 15 and I'm almost 18."
    "So?"
"I don't know. I just thought that since you were still a kid-" This time I cut him off.
"Hold it! I'm not still a kid I turn 16 next month. Besides, our age difference is only a little over two years. It's not like you're thirty. That's when you should freak out!" Tyson smiled at me.
    "Alexis?"
    "Yeah?"
"Will you be my girl?" I smiled. The tears started pouring falling. I nodded and then responded with actual words.
"Yes." Tyson breathed a sigh of relief. And then he pulled me into his arms, hugging me tight.
"Sorry it took so long." I smiled against his chest. He let me go, keeping only my hand. "Well you'd better get back to class." He said sadly.
"Back? I haven't been to fourth block today. I'm skipping. Speaking of, you haven't been to any of our classes!"
"No, and I don't want to either." He grumbled. I laughed.
"You want to go to the dorm?"
"Eh, sure. why not? Let's go." Together Tyson and I walked back to the dorm. That's where we stayed for the rest of the day, watching movies and cuddling.
New chapter. What do you think of Lexi and Ty? Let me know!!

    chapter 15
Third block ended and it was time for lunch. I went to my locker to put my stuff up. It seems my reputation here at this school had ended. As I walked, people stopped what they were doing to stare at me and whisper things.
Did I care? No. I had stood up for myself. Heck, I'd do it again if another guy done that to me. Some girl walked up to me then."Hey.
    " She said.
    "Hi."
"I saw what happened. You did the right thing." she said. Her blue eyes showed nothing but the truth.
    "You think?"
"I do." We talked all the way to lunch. We went through the lunch line and I invited her to sit with me.
Throughout lunch I kept looking around the cafe' for Tyson. Never once did I see him. However I did see a group of peopl he normally sits with. One in particular I knew was his best friend. I excused myself from the table telling Laurie I'd be right back.
"Hey... um." I tried to remember the guys name. but failed.
    "Jared." he said.
"Right. Sorry. Anyways, I was wondering if you'd seen Tyson. He... well he never came home last night and I was worried." Jared's eyes lit up when I said 'home.'
"He stayed at my dorm last night. I woke him up this morning. All he said was he didn't know what time was coming today. Sorry."
"That's alright. Thanks." I walked back to my table and took my seat next to Laurie.
The bell rang, and I took my half eaten tray of food to the trash bin. I wasn't too thrilled about going to English specially being attacked by Madison and whats-his-face. So instead, I told Laurie to get the homework for me, and I started wondering around the hallways alone.
It had been 15 minutes and I had just walked out of the bathroom when he screamed my name at the top of his lungs from the end of the hallway.
    "ALEXIS!!"
Sorry I didn't post for a few days. This is the second time I've tried to post this today. Anyways, what do you think?Comment, fave, and follow!

    chapter 14
All I could think about when I walked down the hallway was Tyson. I had lived with the kid for almost three months, so of course I was gonna fall for him. I hated the feeling I got when I woke up to find that Tyson's bed hadn't been slept in.
I was on my way to third block, and I dodged people, not speaking to anyone, as usual. I stopped at my locker to get my stuff. That's when he said my name. The voice was unfamiliar, so I turned to see who it was.
"You're Alexis right?" The guy had jet black hair and the darkest brown eyes. So dark they almost matched his hair.
"Right." This guy was fine. And I mean Channing Tatum fine. Any illusion I had that was caused by his good looks was immediately shattered by the next words out of his mouth.
"You're pretty hot. Are you new here?" I scoffed and raised my eyebrows.
"No. I've been here a few months." I turned back to my locker, completely ignoring him.
"Playing hard to get huh?" The guy placed his hands on my hips, and then he slapped my butt.
I turned in such rage, and my hand went straight to his nuts. My grip was tight and he winced in pain. He didn't move. Just stood there.
"Do that again, and I am plucking grapes! Oh and the next time you try to pick up a chick, don't tell them that they're 'pretty hot' because I gaurentee you, most girls would rather be called beautiful. And I'm one of them. Got it?" He nodded and I let go. I shut my locker and stalked off with a new found confidence. I was tired of people thinking they could run over me.
I walked into trig late, and Mrs. Prescott looked up from her record book.
"Ms. Ford, you're late." She said, starting to get defensive.
"Sorry Mrs. P. I was being harrassed by some goon out in the hallway."
"Would you like me to report it?" She picked up a pen and a piece of paper.
"Nah. I took care of it." I smirked, and pulled my notebook out, beginning to take down the notes that were on the board. Mrs. Prescott stared at me open mouthed a minute longer before going back to what she was doing when I walked in.
Is it to boring guys? Any suggestions? That would be wonderful. let me know what you think!
