    Here's a song I wrote... Any feedback? :/
    Verse 1
    The deadly sound of silence
    It runs through the place
    I wonder where you've gone
    Still counting all the days.
My mind knows you aren't here
But my heart is still hoping
You'll come around back to me.
    Pre-Chorus
    All alone, dancing slowly
Never have I felt so lonely
    Chorus
Why did you have to leave me so incomplete
I wish you were here to hold me in your arms
Like you did all these past years
I can't even think of our last moment together
But however many days go by, I will still remember
    Everything.
    Verse 2
Do I ever run through your mind
Can you think of all the great times
I will wish on a wishing star
Until I know where you are
No matter how many teardrops fall
You will never show up at my door
    Pre-Chorus
    Chorus
    Bridge
Come back, come back, come back (x4)
    Chorus
    Chorus

    Where'd You Go?
    Chapter 7
I kept staring at the door.
Two hours had passed by and nobody came.
I told myself that it was all a dream.
But no matter how many times I hit myself, I was still in the same spot.
I couldn't take the suspense anymore.
"COME OUT, WHOEVER YOU ARE!" I yelled out, not expecting an answer.
A figure completely masked in black jumped out from behind my wall.
I was randomly given a newspaper and a highlighter pen, then they left.
I opened up the newspaper, it was from today.
I wondered if the two objects had a meaning, and if they had anything to do with each other.
I picked up the pen and stared at the newspaper for a long while.
    It suddenly hit me.
I highlighted the first letter of each line.
    It read out "CENTRALPARK4AMLEW"
    L.E.W were my mom's initials.
I tried to convince myself it was all a coincidence.
    Curiousity was killing me.
I drove to Central Park at 3 am in the morning, all alone.
As soon as the clock struck 4, I entered the park.
There was no sign of people anywhere.
I sat on the bench, staring at the night sky.
I felt like the stars were communicating with me.
I noticed something carved into an oak tree.
"ALWAYS IN MY HEART JESSIE", it read.
Tears filled up my eyes as I whispered.
"I love you too, Mom. I will find you." **Someone please tell me. Does my writing seriously suck? I've posted stories on witty before (different account). Hardly anyone ever comments or faves. :/

I'm SERIOUSLY not trying to sound unappreciative, but can you please fave this quote if you really like my story Where'd You Go? I got 15 faves on the first chapter then NONE on the ones after that. Does my writing suck that much?

    Where'd You Go?
    Chapter 5
I went down the street to the bowling club.
I went up to the counter lady.
"I need some information on December 2, 2011." I said.
"And why exactly are you interested in that date?"
"Can you just tell me if an Eric Wilson showed up here on that day?"
The lady typed in something on her computer and then shook her head.
"No, there wasn't an Eric Wilson. But there was a Droderick Gilsen at 6 am."
"Can I see the security camera tapes?"
"You're really starting to act suspicious. But come with me."
I followed the lady to the security room.
I took the one from December 2 and popped it in the player.
I found a match in the video to the picture I took of my dad.
    I was still suspicious though.
He could've taken her some other time.
I was going to have to keep investigating.
"I'll be on my way then. Thank you for your help."
I left the bowling club and strolled home.
On my way, I bumped into a guy. He looked no younger than 25.
"Watch where you're going!" he yelled with evil eyes.
    "I'm sorry! I wasn't looking!"
"Well, you should be. You could've been next."
"What do you mean by "next"?"
"You'll be put in your place with Linda Wilson."
"You took my mom? But I don't even know you!"
"Ohoh, of course you don't. But I know who did. And if you be a good little girl and come with me, I'll tell you."
Should I trust this man? Maybe I could the answers.
But on the other hand, he could tie me up and kill me.
I decided not to be scared and chose the second option.
I took a deep breath and said "Okay."
The man handcuffed me and took me to a warehouse.
    "Is this where you live?"
"No. But it will be where YOU live soon."
The man tied up my body, and threw me onto the cold, metal floor.
I felt something being injected in my body, and before I knew it, I blacked out.

    Where'd You Go?
    Chapter 4
The minute I logged on, I got a chat mesaage.
It was from a guy named Charley Miles, which I assumed was a fake name.
    Charley: You're late.
    Me: Sorry?
Charley: You want to know where your mom is, don't you?
    Me: Well yeah.
Charley: You should've came a few minutes earlier then...
    Then Charley went offline.
That was weird, I thought to myself.
I had two suspects so far, Amy and "Charley".
Perhaps my dad was a suspect?
He left me and my mom the day I was born.
I was told he died when I was 5.
Maybe he was just hiding from the police?
Clearly, I had more work to do.
I got up and took a trip to the prison.
"Hello, may I see Eric Wilson?"
"Eric Wilson? I'm sorry, but he has been hiding from the police for over 10 years and we just re-captured him yesterday. He is not allowed visitors."
"I don't care. I'm his daughter and I have the right to see him."
    "No. He could kill you."
    "He loved me." I lied.
"Ugh, fine. But only for ten minutes."
I took the visitor pass and walked down the hallway past many criminals.
I spotted one labeled "ERIC WILSON".
I took a deep breath and walked up to him.
    "Hello. Do you remember me?"
    "Jessica? Is that you?"
    "Yes, it's me... dad..."
"You've grown up so much. Will you ever forgive me?"
"No. You abandoned me. I will never."
    "Then why are you here?"
"Because you took my mom and killed her."
"What are you talking about? I haven't talked to your mom in 15 years."
"Well someone took her and you're the most likely."
    "Shut up, Jessica."
"So, if you didn't take her, where were you on December 2nd at 6 am?"
"The bowling club down the street."
"Oh. Ok. Bye. Hope I'll never see your cruel face again."
I gave the visitor pass back to the counter and left the prison.
Eric George Wilson was now on the top of my suspect list.

    Where'd You Go?
    Chapter 2
5 5 months had passed by, and there was no sign of my mom anywhere.
I hadn't gone to school since the first day my mom disappeared.
I had about 300 messages, but I didn't answer even one.
The emotional stress was eating me up every minute.
I thought about calling the police, but it was hard to even say what happened.
I wondered everyday, if she was even alive.
I looked through the photo album, gathering up tears with every memory.
I suddenly remembered what my mom told me many years ago.
Until you know the truth, always have hope.
I thought about it very hard, but I came to a conclusion.
I, Jessica Leann Wilson, declared that I was going to solve this mystery.
But of course, I was going to need some help.
I decided to finally message back Avril, Katia, Amelia, Lisa, Taylor, and Gaby.
I sent the exact same thing to all of them.
"Guys. My mom is missing. I'm so sorry I haven't talked to you. But I really need your help. I need all of us to team up and find out what happened. Please?"
And I got the exact same responses from all of them.
"WHO ARE YOU? WEIRDO. IDK YOU."
    I couldn't believe them.
They used to be such nice people.
Now they've turned into sarcastic snobs.
No matter how hard it's gonna be, I'm gonna do this.
All by myself. *Sorry for the boring chapter. I hope the next one will be exciting to you:)

    Where'd You Go?
    Chapter 1
i took a look at the clock on top of the nightstand besides my bed.
It was 7:00 am on a Wednesday morning. Typical.
I got out of bed, and took off my pajamas.
I threw on a peace t-shirt, a pair of blue jeans and sneakers.
I went downstairs, expecting my mother to be sitting at the table.
    Only, she wasn't there.
Oh well, I thought to myself, she must've gone to work early.
I grabbed a bowl and poured some cereal and milk into it.
I scarfed it down and went out the front door.
The car was still parked in the driveway.
This is getting weird, she always drives to work.
I walked down the road to school, it wasn't very far, so I just walked.
I walked into my first period, English, and took my usual seat next to my friends, Avril and Katia.
The rest of school went by pretty fast.
I didn't learn much though, the only thing on my mind was my mom.
As I was about to leave my last period, my teacher stopped me.
"Hold on, Ms. Wilson. Is everything ok? You haven't been paying much attention."
    "Everything's fine," I lied.
"Alright, you may go home then."
I walked home, and opened the door.
It was still unlocked. My mom would notice an unlocked door instantly.
I searched around the whole house, but my mom was nowhere to be found.
There were no notes or signs either.
I grabbed my cellphone, and called the printing company, which my mom worked at.
"Hello, may I help you?" the operator said.
"I'm Jessie, Linda Wilson's daughter. I just wanted to know if she's at work right now?"
"No, she hasn't been here all day."
"Oh... Ok then. Sorry to bother you." I ended the call.
My face turned pale as I realized the truth.
    Something happened to my mom.
    And it was serious.
