so today in biology,
i was sitting there. my teacher was explaining enzymes. she said how one specific enzyme is made for one specific molecule. like a lock and key. i raised my hand and asked "sort of like love. a molecule can try dozens of times, but the enzyme won't work, it doesn't feel right. but when that molecule finds that right enzyme, all their dreams can come true." she dropped her marker and stared at me, and said,
"that's exactly what love's like."

i once wondered why
our hearts are on the left side of our chest
when everything else is symmetrical.
shouldn't it be in the center?
then i realized hearts are not
supposed to be alone.
when you hug someone you love,
their heart beats right next to yours
in symmetry

A man was in a locker room,
changing after playing golf.
Suddenly, his phone rang.
He put it on speaker for
the rest of the guys to hear.
