Camp 4 Ever
Chapter 2
I put my head phones in and close my eyes trying to forget about my upcoming summer plans . Then I hear a car stop correction its more of a bus stopping noise. I open my eyes to see it’s the Camp bus , which means my ride is here . I pick up my bags and head for the bus getting behind the others . I give my bags to the Head Councilor BIG NOSE , he gives me that old glare . See ever since I've gone here I've had to use my time wisely which meant giving names to all the councilors at Camp Forever. God just thinking of that camp and it’s stupid cheesy name makes me wanna puke.The bus ride is about 3 hours long . Once BIG NOSE puts all my bags in and checks me in , i step on the bus . I see the usual groups , the preppies , the swimmers , the nature freaks and the well the kids who don't have a name to be classified under. I'm one of them , but it doesn't mean i "hang" with them . I look all over the bus to find a seat , most seats are full and then i see the new boy sitting by himself . I dont dare and sit with him , it's not like i want to make any new friends. But then i hear BIG NOSE tell me to grab a seat fast before i fall on my face when the bus starts up again. So without asking i sit next to the new kid. Boy " you know i could have been saving that seat." I dont even look up to acknowledge him . I stay starring down at my ipod screen ,hoping that the battery never dies.
I go to my playlist on my Ipod and hit shuffle and let the music fill my ears . Then all of a sudden i feel a tug of my on left head phone, i finally look up and see him putting my new head phone bud into his ear . I give him my " I mean business look" but he just looks out towards the window tapping his finger to the beat . I feel a smile coming on my face but i hear the song change so i return to my Ipod screen . It's almost been an hour , only two more to go until we get to camp ....Then I hear a blurred noise , i take out my head phone and hear the Bus Driver saying were going to take a bathroom stop. I step off and head to the porta potty , it might not be 5 star bath room but it works . I step in and lock the door behind me , then i see a mirror and i try to fix my hair as i see it started to get messy. Loud laughing is outside the porta potty im in , i go to open the door to see what all the laughter is about and then it happens , the porta potty gets pushed over. i'm covered in crap and i smell terrible. I start to scream , but i dont hear anyone . i lay in piles of other peoples crap , crying . Then i feel the porta potty moving again , and i finally can open the door . I take a step out and see the new boy . He tries to show comfort but it doesn't change the fact that i smell like crap. I head to the bus to find councilor BIG NOSE , i ask him for one of my bags and he says he will go get it . I go back to the porta potties to change and throw away my dirty outfit. I head back on the bus still smelly but at least i dont look like a homeless person anymore.
