    Chapter 5: Duranka's POV
I woke up to the smell of bacon and eggs wafting through the apartment, which was strange because Ruthie, my cousin, and I usually went to the diner across the street for breakfast. I couldn't cook, and she didn't want to, so we went out. I pushed away my covers and sleepily stumbled to the kitchen, rubbing the sleep out of my eyes. "Hey, Ruthie," I mumbled. "Morning sleepyhead," a strong Irish voice replied back to me. I looked up and saw Niall Horan, who I had seen earlier that week at Starbucks. "Um..Hi," I managed to blurt out. I looked at Ruthie questioningly. She giggled at my reaction to him and shrugged. "He asked to come in, said he needed to ask you something," was her explanation. I sat down next to Niall at the table as Ruthie pushed a plate of bacon, eggs, and toast towards me. I got up and poured myself a glass of orange juice and sat back down. We all chewed in silence for a few minutes before Niall spoke up. "Okay, I came here to ask you, Duranka something. But now that I met you Ruthie, this goes towards both of you," Niall said. We both looked at him, waiting for the question. "Go on," urged Ruthie. "The boys and I are going to the Hamptons this weeked, and I was wondering if you both would come. I'm sure the guys would like it if you guys invited your other friends, the ones we met at Starbucks. I won't tell the boys, so it'll be a surprise," He grinned at us when he said the last part. Ruthie looked at me smiling. " Yes!! We aren't doing anything, We would both love to," Ruthie replied beaming. Niall flashed a smile at both of us. "Okay, great, I'll pick you guys up at around 9:00 in the morning on Saturday," He said as he stuffed the last of his eggs in his mouth. "Thanks Ruthie, everything was delicious," he said as he gave us each a hug. "See you on Saturday," I waved to him. He walked out the door, leaving Ruthie and I staring at eachother. "You saw him too, right," whispered Ruthie. I nodded and went back to eating. 20 minutes later, I was sitting criss-cross on my bed about to do a 5-way call with Autumn, Allie, March, and Emma. Once they all picked up, I told them what Niall asked us. They all started talking at once. Once they settled down again, we decided that they would be sleeping over on Friday so Niall would pick us all up at once. I couldn't wait. I was sure this was going to be one hell of a weekend.

    Chapter 4: Autumn's POV
"$4.35 for the magazine," said the little old man at the magazine stand as I took a copy of Vogue of the rack. I shook my head. "I won't be buying today," I stated ,"Just looking for inspiration." I was going to be attending design school soon, I needed to start working on sample pieces. I flipped the page and a floral ballgown by Alexander Mcqueen caught my eye. It was floor length in the back and ankle length in the front. I dug around in my jeans pocket and pulled out a $5 bill. "On second thought, I'll take it," I smiled as I gave the man the money. I put the change in the tip jar and walked off. I ran across the street to the fabric and art supply store. I walked in and headed over to the fabrics. I ended up choosing a white cotton fabric for the base and a floral chiffon to put over it. I was already picturing the dress in my head. As I headed over to checkout, on the other side of the glass display case, I saw Liam Payne. I smiled at him and his smile reflected back at me. I honestly could'nt believe he remembered me. We briefly talked at Starbucks the other day, but nothing more. I walked up to the cashier, standing in line behind a woman with 2 children. I watched Liam walk past the window. I sighed and kept watching . All of a sudden he reappeared, this time walking like an egyptian. I started to laugh. He saw my reaction and started to twirl like a ballerina. When he jumped up to leap, he winked at me. I could feel my cheeks heating up in a blush. When he landed, he stumbled, bumping into an elderly woman. She scowled up at him and whacked him with her purse. I had to hide my face in my hands so I would'nt bring too much attention to my laughter. He, being Liam, knelt down to appologize. I could see the worry on his face, which made the moment even funnier. She waved him off and tapped onto her cheek. He looked confused for a moment but then knelt down again to kiss her cheek. She smiled and walked away. I reached the cash register and payed for the fabrics. I picked up the bag and walked outside. "Hey," Liam called out. I waved over to him. "You good," I asked him. He nodded. "What're you doing in this part of the city," He asked me. I held up the bag and replied, "Just some shopping." He asked me if I wanted to go out for breakfast and, of course, I agreed. He took me out to a small diner close by. We got seated and started looking at our menu. I decided on the chocolate chip pancakes. When I looked up, Liam was watching me.
    Liam's POV
She's different. Autumn. She does'nt scream, like other girls. She's easy to talk to. I can be myself around her. I haven't felt this way since I broke up with Danielle. We ordered soon enough, but not before she caught me looking at her. I think I like her. A lot. I looked over at where her bag from the art store was. "What did you get," I asked her. She told me about her dream of being a designer, and how she was going to start her next piece soon enough. Our food came and we dug in. My phone went off, telling me I got a new text, from Louis. I opened the text up. "Come Quick, Harry's gone crazy," it said. "Need to be somewhere," Autumn asked, in between bites of her pancakes. I nodded,"Apparently, Harry needs my help." "Can I have your number," I asked her. She got a pen out of her pocket and jotted down her number down on a napkin. "When can I call you," I asked her. "Anytime," She smiled at me "Now go, before someone gets hurt." I got up, payed the bill, and rushed out, wishing I could stay with Autumn. This was going to be a very interesting summer.

    Chapter 3: Harry's POV
I didn't know what to do. Ever since I collided with this one girl, I couldn't get out of my head. She's all I think about. I had asked her if she was alright and all she did was rush away, her black hair trailing behind her as she rushed into the nearby Starbucks. I started to go after her, but Liam held onto my arm, willing me to stay. I went in and didn't see her anywhere. Now I'm sitting here with her friends, not sure what to do. Liam gets up and gestures to the boys and I that its time to go. As I get up I feel a balled up napkin being slipped into my hand. I look around and the redhead is smiling at me. I don't say anything. The boys and I (Except for Zayn) say our goodbyes and walk outside. Our limo is waiting for us. Inside, the guys won't stop talking about the girls we met. I get the napkin out and straighten it out. In cursive writing it said : Call March 324-535-6532. I felt as if I had won the lottery. I jumped up, hitting my head on the roof. Louis looked at me as if I had gone mad. Soon enough, we arrived at our hotel. The fans had already arrived. After signing a few autographs and taking some pictures, I rushed upstairs to our rooms, locked myself in the bathroom and got out my phone. I dialed the number on the paper and hesitated before pressing call. What if she had given me the wrong number? Say it is the green-eyed girl, what would I say?
    March's POV
I had just gotten settled into the apartment I was renting out for the summer. Allie stayed at the dance academy, Duranka was living with her cousins in Manhattan, Emma was rooming with some friends from camp, and Autumn was staying in a hotel. I had decided to room as well, but with someone I hadn't known before today, Grace. I had already been here 10 minutes and her and I got along great. I was in my room unpacking my things when I heard the landline ring. "Can you get it," I called to Grace. She came in the room a second later mouthing,"Its for you." I mouthed back,"Who is it?" "Who is this, might I ask," said Grace politely. Her eyes widened and her jaw dropped. "As in Styles," She whispered. She couldn't cover her exitement. I took the phone from her. "Hello," I said slowly, unsure of myself. I heard him hesitate on the other side. "March," he replied. "Yeah?" I was really starting to wonder what Harry Styles wanted from ME when I remembered earlier events. "I'm really sorry about what happened earlier..Can I make it up to you?" I couldn't believe my ears. Why me? He could have anybody! "Hello?" I could Harry on the other line. "Yeah, I'm still here," I said quickly. "So do you?" He asked. "Do I what?" I was getting confused. "Would you like to go on a date with me?"

    Chapter 2: Allie's POV
"Sh/t," March hissed with an expression on her face that reminded me of a deer caught in headlights. Her eyes widened to the size of quarters. Duranka looked up from writing in the planner and looked at March concerned, "Whats wrong," she asked sorta annoyed that we were wasting precious time. "It's him," whispered March. She grabbed the Ray Ban sunglasses that were resting on top of Autumn's head and shoved them on. "Who," we all asked in unison. Without a reply, March flew to the ladies room. She slammed the door behind her. "Somebody was up a little too late writing last night," I joked. Autumn chuckled, a little nervously. We heard the bells on the door ringing not even a second after March's escape. I craned my neck to see who was coming in, and why March was so afraid of him. One Direction. Freaking One Direction. Harry, the one I knew to be the curly haired one was leading the boys inside. His eyes darted across the room and landed on our table. He basically sprinted up to us, almost knocking Emma off her chair and to the ground. Behind him, the one I knew to be Louis (From watching XFactor) rolled his eyes. "Not again Harry," he joked sarcastically. Niall came up after looking tired. "I'm hungry," he protested. Liam walked right up to our table. "I'm sorry about them, we just got off a 6 hour flight from London," he apologized. Autumn looked up at him and nodded. Then I saw him. Zayn. He was running his hand through his hair. He pulled his sunglasses on and started watching the outside window, no doubt looking for paparazzi. I cleared my throat. "Can we help you," I asked, unsure of myself. Harry bit his lip. "Uh..Yeah. I'm looking for a girl" . Autumn rolled her eyes, "Thanks for being descriptive," She replied. Harry looked baffled. " She had black hair..green eyes," he grinned,"like mine". "Have you seen her?" . My eyes met Emma's. "What do I do?" I mouthed. She just shrugged. I stood up. "I'll be right back," I said as I casually walked to the ladies room. I shut the door behind me. " March," I called out. No reply. I knocked on all the doors.
Nothing. I opened each stall. Still no March. I went to the mirror and checked my bun. I needed it to still be in tact when I got back to Madam Lavinsky's, my ballet instructors, studio. In the corner of the mirror, I saw a window that was wide open. I whipped around and ran to the window. I stuck my head out and right there, about 6 feet under me, was March, hurriedly texting. "March!" I called out to her. She looked up and whispered, "Hey, please don't tell them I'm here". I sighed and walked out of the bathroom and up to the table. The boys had already gotten their drinks. I sat down and smiles. "Yeah..she was here but she had to go," I stated. Harry put his head in his hands. I looked around ,"Wheres Zayn?" Everyone looked at me wierdly when I said this. "He went out" was the reply. I checked my watch and saw I had lessons in 20 minutes. I gathered my bag and waved goodbye. "Bye, nice meeting you guys" I said, trying not to fangirl. I walked out and got a cab. Once I got to the studio, I rushed in. I was early, so I had some time to freshen up. I sprayed another layer of hairspray and took off my shorts, as I did have my leotard under. I walked onto the stage. By the time 5 minutes passes, all the other dancers were lined up on stage. Today would be the day we would be tested on our performances of Swan Lake. Since my last name is Anderson, alphabetically, I'm first. I walked up to centerstage and saw Madam Lavinsky gazing onto me. "5..6..7..8.." She called and started the music. I closed my eyes and let my body move against the music. I twirled and leaped with my arms spread out and my toes pointed. I piroueted across the stage. I became the music, not Allie. When the music ended, I opened my eyes. That was the best I had ever danced. All the other dancers were clapping. I smiled towards them and looked towards Madam. She was thinking, with her brows furrowed. "Need..a..more work..very bad...toes not pointed all the time, legs not straight, Allie, go to back room and come back when you are ready" Madam Lavinsky said, pointing out all my mistakes. "Oh, and keep your back straight," she added with her thick accent. I walked offstage but took off as soon as I got out of her sight. I curled into a ball and bit my lip, willing myself not to cry. I heard something..footsteps. I told myself not to look up, not to admit to failure. I felt someone's hand on my shoulder. "When the guys and I were talking to your friends..your friends said you guys went here, to New York, for a stress free time," a british voice asked her. She looked back and shrugged. Zayn was behind her. He pulled her to him and held her. After a while, she pulled out of reach and got up. "I'm going to go try again," she said shakily. He stood up and took her hand. "Good luck." When she entered the stage everyone stopped talking and got quiet. Once again Madam Lavinsky turned on the music. This time, instead of becoming one with the music, Allie thought about her parents. They always pushed her to do better, they were never satisfied. She thought about how she would prove them wrong. And just like that, the song was over. Madam Lavinsky narrowed her eyes, and replied "Not bad," with a twinkle in her eye. "Class dismissed" she pronounced and the dancers poured out. Allie gathered her things. She rushed to get outside. Once there, she felt someone take her by the arm..Zayn. "Hey," he whispered,"Great job". Allie grinned, and nodded, breathlessly. Then, just like that, Zayn kissed her.

    Chapter 1
The money meter inside the taxi cab was just about to reach $12.00 when the driver halted to a stop. Yup, traffic. I sat up to see through the windshield. I looked down and realized my foot was tapping the floor loudly. My taxi driver turned to me , "Calm down girlie," he grunted. "Sorry," I said and tried to sit higher up in my seat. "Do you know what happened, like if its a crash or something like that?". The taxi driver just rolled his eyes and dug around for something in the front seat. He brought up a magazine with the headline "British Music sensation 'One Direction' flies overseas to the Big Apple, New York City!" I dug my phone from my pocket and looked at the time. It was 1:15 and I was already supposed to be at Starbucks at 1:00. I got my wallet out and found a five and a ten. I threw the money at the driver and yelled, "Keep the change," as I rushed out. I knew slightly where it was located. I started running up the block, getting looks from the New Yorkers who I had hurriedly bumped into. I felt really mean just leaving without apologizing, but time was not on my side. I stopped for a second to catch my breath. I stood on my tip-toes and saw the Starbucks where the girls and I were supposed to meet. I checked the time, 1:30. Great. I started running to the green sign. Its was getting closer and closer by the second. As I was about to step up the steps, I crashed into something. I felt as if someone slowed down time. Gravity was pushing me down onto the concrete below me, I felt the collision between the ground, and my head. Everything went black. A very loud, and yes, British voice said, "Harry, you blockhead, look what you did!" Then, a lower, still British voice, replied," What-Holy Sh/t! What do I do, Louis, is she dead!?What if she's dead?!" I slowly felt my eyes opening. I was lying on the pavement. I turned my head, both sides, no blood-thank god. I scrambled to my feet and felt as if someone had knocked my upside the head. I looked up and saw a pair of bright green eyes looking down at me. A matching pair of hands went to my waist and held on. "Are you alright," Harry, I think, asked me. All I could do was nod. The other members of One Direction had circled around me. I rubbed the side of my head a felt a bump already starting to come up. I pulled out of Harry's grasp and smiled weakly. I couldn't believe it. My first time making any contact with anyone slightly famous and what do I do? I almost crack my head open! I started running the rest of the way to Starbucks, I could hear Harry's voice calling me to wait behind me, fading into the honking sounds of cabs. I ran into Starbucks and spotted Emma, Autumn, Duranka, and Allie already sitting at a table. When they saw me, they all stood up and ran to me. "March!" They chorused. I grinned,"Hey!" We sat down and took awhile to settle down. As I said before, these girls are my best friends. We came from a small town in Connecticut but convinced our parents to let us spend a stress free summer before senior year ,in the city, New York. "Why are you so late," asked Emma, who cared for everyone. I shrugged,"Traffic, I guess," I replied shakily. I wasn't going to tell them what happened, they might think I had gone crazy and imagined it all. Its not everyday you literally crash into some hugely famous people! We had gotten together to decide the agenda of what we were going to do in New York for the next 2 months. My mind started to calm down and think, until I saw a pair of piercing green eyes making contact with mine through the glass window.

    Prologue
A girl walks into the Starbucks on the corner of 5th and 22nd street. The bells on the door chorus together above the New York City street sounds. She looks around and can't see her friends. After checking her phone, she realizes she's early and goes up to order. Without even looking at the menu, she orders a hot chocolate with extra whipped cream on top, even though its summer and about a thousand degrees outside. She hands the cashier a ten dollar bill and puts the change in the tip jar. She picks up her drink and goes to sit down. As soon as she takes a sip she closes her eyes, savoring the goodness. When she opens them, she hears the bells ring again and a girl with her fawn brown hair pulled back into a perfectly slicked back bun rushes in. Her cheeks are flushed and she sees the girl is wearing a leotard with tights under her shorts. She has her water bottle in hand as the ribbons from her pointe shoes trail behind her. Ballet girl sees her and runs to her smiling. "Allie," the girl with hot chocolate squeals. "I haven't seen you in, like, forever!". "Hey Autumn! Sorry I'm late, Madame Lavinsky held us back a little," Allie, ballet girl, said, a little out of breath, "Have you been painting?" Autumn nodded. "How'd you know?". Allie reached out and tucked a strand of Autumn's red hair, that was covered in green paint, behind her ear. "Just a guess," smiled Allie as Duranka and Emma bounded in. They waved to the two and went up to order. They came back with their tall Starbucks cups. All four girls fall into a hug and start talking full speed all at once. These four girls are my best friends. I have known them for almost my whole life. We all originally came from a small Connecticut town. Throughout the years, we went our own routes but stood rooted together. Without them, I would'nt be who I am today. Allie was sent to private school by her parents. She took up ballet as a after school activity and grew to love it. Her parents constantly pressure her to do well, as do her VERY successful older siblings. Autumn, with her unique appearence of flames for hair, emeralds for eyes, and freckles scattered over her face like sand on a beach, was always different. Her parents are both striving artists ,so art is what she lives for. She paints, draws, and will be going to school for fashion in college. Next, Emma has to be the most caring girl I have ever met. She volunteers for everything, from pet shelters to soup kitchens, to painting the old laidies's nails at the retirement home on Saturdays. She lives in her own shell, we all want her to come out. She is the shyest girl I have EVER met. Then, theres Duranka. Her long, flowing blond hair and ice blue eyes ensure her for popularity. But shes nothing like your average popular. Shes nice to everyone, which is a reason she was voted 8th grade president. I wonder why she hangs out with us sometimes, she could be part of any group, like ever. We love her. Lastly, theres me. I'm nothing special, I'm just March. I'm a writer, not officially though. I'm a complete nerd. I get straight A's, and care more about books then boyfriends. My parents are divorced, but I'm over it. We are all 17 and going into our last year of high school. Summer Vacation just started and we are set out to make this a summer to remember before we get caught up in the stress of finding the perfect college. We all left our small-town lives to meet together in New York and enjoy our last "free" and "stress-less" days. Little did we know that people most definitely do not get what they wish for.
