Hi there! :D My name's Shannon Amanda, and I'm a thirteen year old living in Conneciticut. It's a very boring state in my opinion, I wanna live in California! I love sing and act, and I want to be famous one day. Well let's se... cancer is a very important subject to me. Don't joke about it. My grandmother died from brain cancer. My aunt had breast cancer. My cousin Amanda (my middle name is named after her, because she was such a fighter <3) had cancer when she was just 9. It's so important to me and it makes me beyond pissed off when people joke about it, so please don't. Well anyway, I'm a generally nice person, I hate mean people. It's like, is being mean making you feel better about yourself? That's cool. Hi guys, if you could take a moment of your time to read this, it would mean a lot.
This past Sunday, one of the six graders in my school got in a terrible accident. She was walking out of a movie theater and got run over by a car. The lady accidentally stepped on the gas instead of the brake, and plowed straight into Kayleigh like an angry bull. She got knocked out cold, which helped her concussion-wise. Thank God the car didn't run over her chest, or she would've died. It ran over her leg, completely crushing her bone. Along with a broken leg, she has a broken thigh, fractured pelvis in four places, fractured spine, a concussion, and a broken ankle. The worst part? Her poor mother and sister saw the whole thing, and though she had died right on teh spot. She's hopefully going to be released from the hospital tomorrow, thank god. She's going to be in a wheelchair/walker/crutches for six months, and physical therapy for a long time. She is such a fighter. All I ask of you is to pray for her. If you read all of this, thank you, and god bless.
