It's never conceited to be proud of your accomplishments, and what you have done is definitely an accomplishment. Don't let anybody make you feel bad for having pride in being where you worked your a.ss off to be, and don't let their negativity become a self-fulfilling prophecy. Keep proving them wrong. reply

It sounds like you are really overwhelmed. It also sounds like you have a lot going on with school pressure and anxiety. School is really tough. I re start school at my university day after next. Maybe some tutors or going to office hours could help you. Keep up the hard work! I think the suffering you experience now, will become strength for you and others later. I wish you the best! reply

Feeling alone is not an uncommon feeling. Starting university is a huge step and it's never really mentioned in depth how much of an adjustment period it is. Everyone adjusts at a different rate and it sucks a lot right now (I'm in the same position!)
I wish I had more advice but I still don't know how to balance out all of my school work.
Although, remedies as far as stress and feeling overwhelmed, for me since starting uni has been working out or napping or just talking to friends in my dorm or taking a breather walking around campus.
I hope things get better for you! And I (and I'm sure many others) are in the same position so don't be afraid to reach out. Good luck! reply

idk, it's like. when this was happening to me, literally the only thing that helped me in the end was to say to myself 'suck it up, bite your cheek, and message them somewhere else'

I think the best advice is to touch base with your friends every 2 weeks even if it's just to say "hi". Not that I follow that advice... reply
