Tangled in Two
Chapter Four
Once we got out of the car we locked hands and entered the mall.
I was still pretty upset, but this is one of my last days to physically be with Hunter,
I need to make the best of it.
"What do you wanna do first?" He beamed at me as we walked through the front doors.
"You pick." I smiled up at him.
"Let's go take pictures." He smirked at me.
Immediatly, without hesitation we walked over to the same photo-booth we always went to.
This was the first place Hunter and I shared our first kiss.
I remember that day like it was yesterday. My cheeks were so flushed in the picture, he so spontainous. We took a bunch of crazy silly pictures, just like always, and of course that relaxed me completely.
In the middle of silence Hunter's stomach growled.
We both bursted out into laughter and ended up taking the most interesting picture ever.
"Wanna go get food?" I asked as we stepped out of the booth.
"What gave you that idea?" He smiled as he leaned down and pecked me on the lips.
"Come on!" I laughed grabbing the pictures in one hand and his hand in the other.
We walked into the cheesecake factory, our favorite, and where our first date took place.
I still can't believe I'm leaving all of these memories to move to France.
I don't want to leave.
We sat down and ordered right away.
We always get the same thing. Hunter grabbed my hands on top of the table.
He peered into my eyes, "Hope, I love you."
"I love -" I began to say.
"No Hope, I'm in love with you." He broke into my sentence.
I stared deeply in his ocean blue eyes.
He's never said that before.
"I-I think I'm in love with you too Hunter." I slowly said.
I didn't mean to hesitate, but it's just so much to actually admit.
"You're my world, and I'm going to love you forever. The ocean between us won't keep my love away."
He continued as he rubbed my hand.
All I can think of is those eyes whenever the word ocean comes up.
"Hunter, I love you. I love you a lot." I smiled at him.
After a while our food came, we ate fairly fast because we were both starving.
As we walked out of the resturaunt Hunter pulled me into a kiss
, it wasn't a quick kiss, but it wasn't too much for us being in public.
God, I loved his kisses.
As we walked towards the doors of the mall I laughed pointing outside.
It was pouring.
"You can stay here, I'll go get my car." He insisted.
"No, no, it's fine." I assured.
We opened the doors and raced through the parking lot to his car while we laughed the whole time. Another memory I'll have to leave behind.
Hunter, don't give me any more, please.
I can't handle it.
