I've been there before.
The fake smiles, anxious laughs, the sick feeling in the pit of your stomach. Hiding behind those girls with the loud laughs, the girls who glare at the ones who are weaker than them, the girls who gossip and tear apart everything with their words.
The guilt of knowing this is not who you are, the desperation of wanting to find the person you want to be.
It gets better, I promise you it does.
There are people out there just like you, who will be your friend no matter what brand you wear. They will be your friend based on who you are, not what other people want or expect you to be.
