the end of a life,
and a new beginning,
my body grows more and more,
from my dumb sinning,
inside she is dead,
but there is a new life,
once again she crys,
while she cuts with a knife,
shes being forced,
to grow up too fast,
now she regrets,
everything from her past,
shes gonna be a mom,
but way too soon,
she can feel her baby grow,
inside of her woome,
that one night of fun,
tore her apart,
and shes losing the only one,
who ever held her heart,
cause hes not this kids dad,
and he refuses to raise it,
her body trembles as she crys,
the real dad will deny it,
I think I'm gonna do,
something I said I wouldn't,
but raising this child alone,
is definately something I couldn't,
so there goes my beautiful baby,
gone with the memory of that night,
I lay on the doctor table,
still shaking with fright,
on the outside I'm calm,
while inside I'm screaming,
I only merely wish,
that I was just dreaming,
I killed my child,
to keep his love tonight,
but God I just pray,
that what I did was right!
I'm not pregnant and I didn't get an abortion, I know someone who did, it inspired me to write this.

A guy was driving when a policeman pulled him over. He rolled
down his window and said to the officer, "Is there a problem,
Officer?"
"No problem at all. I just observed your safe driving and am
pleased to award you a $5,000 Safe Driver Award. Congratulations.
What do you think you're going to do with the money?"
He thought for a minute and said, "Well, I guess I'll go get that
drivers' license."
The lady sitting in the passenger seat said to the policeman,
"Oh, don't pay attention to him - he's a smartass when he's drunk
and stoned."
The guy from the back seat said, "I TOLD you guys we wouldn't get
far in a stolen car!"
At that moment, there was a knock from the trunk and a muffled
voice said, "Are we over the border yet?"

I remember back 3 years ago, as I was happy as can be.
I remember I had everything; I was actually happy to be me.
I remember when I had this special guy that made my life so grand.
I remember that wonderful day when he very first took my hand.
I remember the day we met and the day he asked me out.
I remember the love we had when he never had a doubt.
I remember when I was awakened to breakfast in bed.
I remember it all down to every sweet thing he said.
I remember when we were always together,when we never were apart.
I remember when I used to think that we shared one complete heart.
I remember all the good, and unfortunately, all the bad.
I remember it didn't work out, which makes me very sad.
I remember all the times I cried; to the ground my knees would fall.

That last poem I posted on here that began "Tonights my final chance..." was completely my work. It's dedicated to this guy I love and after we had a special moment.... He hasn't spoken to me. Hopefully its only making me stronger!

tonights my final chance,
time to do or die,
possibly you'll be mine again,
with this one final try,

As I think back in time...
When everything was a game...
I feel the tears well up...
Because nothing is the same!
2nd grade...what a life!
Your best friend was always true...
At lunch, recess, or during class...
They were always there for you!
And if you did fight...
No matter how lame...
A simple "I'm sorry" was said...
Then everyone returned to their game!
4th grade...Guys still had cooties...
You crossed your fingers...
So you didn't get "boy germs"...
No doubts had to linger!
Boys were icky...
Just ask your friend...
"I'll never ditch you for a boy", she'd say...
"We'll be friends till the end"!
Fast forward time...7th grade...
"Help me with my crush"...
Your friend would beg...
As you felt that first emotional rush!
Move forward again...10th grade...
Saying "I'm sorry" just doesn't work...
Things aren't the same anymore...
Harsh words and feelings still lurk!
You watch your friend change...
She's wrapped up in guys...
You don't know what to do...
you don't want to say good-bye!
You wish with all your heart...
That you could go back to the past...
Leave everything tough behind...
And allow your childhood to last!
