hey girl the best thing to do is to be there for him... a shoulder to cry on, a hand to hold... i got out of a messy relationship but the best thing i need is a friend to take my mind off it and to give me the courage to do the impossible. God wont give you nothing you cant handle in life... he is in my prayers!!! let him change and work with him to strengthen him, you, and yalls relationship.... reply

That is soo sad that his bro is sick, and i def made a prayer. And yeah, that does really suck though. I'm positive that he cares about you if you've been dating for almost 5 months. He's prob just getting more and more upset about his bro, since it's been 3 years. Maybe try and see if you can chill at one of your house's sometime and just like talk, maybe watch a movie, something more low key where it can just be private reply

I know that this is hard, but if there is any way you could talk to him about it, that might make it better. I can't say that I know what I'm talking about, though, I'm only 12, sorry. That's just what I would do. And his brother is in my prayers<3 reply

thank you for not begging us to fave this. that really bugs me. Faves wont help him get better. I promise I will keep you, your boyfriend, his brother, and his family in m thoughts and prayers. thats awful, and no one shoujld have to go through that. Stay strong beautifull!!! reply

You could always go the old fashioned way, and have your boyfriend ask your dad to have his permission to date you. He'd seem mature and responsible, and you're dad would probably respect him for that.
Or you could go up to him and say "Hey dad, so I've been thinking and, I'm 15, a sophomore in highschool, and I'm really really responsible. Can I have a boyfriend? Please?"
Then you could go off saying how you'd take it slow, and not let him pressure you

you should have your boyfriend ask your dad, so that your boyfriend or the guy you like seems kind, thoughtful, and responsible. reply

You should show him first that your responsible enough. Promise to not let your grades slip and not to completely forget about the rest of the world. If he says no, don't argue. Ask him again another time, after you get like, an A on a math quiz or something to prove you're responsible enough :] reply

Make sure if he doesnt say yes, dont argue coz it will make it worse in future... just tell him you believe you are mature and ready for a boyfriends... :) reply
