Today I had a class assignment to write a description of my best friend. And knowing me I have no real friends so I literally wrote about another Wittian who probably doesn't even like me. Dear Lord I need some friends fast.
Today at school my princepal was doing reading the announcements over the intercom system like normal and all of a sudden in the background you hear some kid scream, "Guess what day it is!! Guess what day it is!!" and my princepal goes "Chad i swear to God if you finish that sentence I will give you a detention". Its quiet for a few seconds while my princepal reads off a few more announcements and then all of a sudden this kid yells "Hump Day!!!!!!!!!!!!" and then the intercom clicked off..

January 29, 2012 Day two; Day two, off to a good start!! I woke up this morning at the right time with a smile on my face (not going to go into a lot of detail on here, but I will say that I was on the phone with this guy I liked for two hours). I was in a really good mood. I got to school, had a oatmeal-chocolate chip bar for breakfast and a water. My stomach wasn't grumbling like it usually does during the day! For lunch I had my salad (YES!) and no chips!! When I got home from school, I had another turkey and cheese sandwitch and went to the gym!! I may have caved when I got home... I had a scoop of Nutella. But I think I deserved it (; So, all in all, today was an AMAZING day!! I don't know why, but my post yesterday made me inspired to go out and do something. Also, I had all my homework done before dinner - I think that would count as healthy, because now I won't have to be stressing out about it later on tonight. Also! I just realized that Day One was on the first day of my 2nd semester in school - weird, right? It's like a semester resolution!! I feel amazing!! I know that it's only the second day - but I honestly think this is going to work. New Goal: Tomorrow, do a mini workout which consists of... Three sets of: 30 second plank 20 sit - ups Weight lifting, too!! Thank you to everyone who has been helping me and commenting!! I highly recomend this to anyone!! You guys - this is going to work. I have a really good feeling about this. Until tomorrow... (:
Okay; So Here's The Deal. I'm officially 145 pounds, and I don't like it. I hate myself for it, and I want to do something about it. So I've decided to make this page; where I can tell anyone who is listening about how well I'm doing on my goal, which is to be 120 pounds by April. It's a diary of my daily life (health wise). I have no idea if this is going to work or not... but my goal is to post something healthy that I do everyday, so that I'm encouraged to post more. And to anyone who follows and helps me out... thank you... I really think this is going to help me in a positive way.
a few important things: - most human beings do not naturally have a thigh gap - a thigh gap is not an indication of weight - thigh gaps are not dependant on weight, they are dependant on how wide your hips are - ribs and hipbones aren't meant to be very visible in a female human being who is a healthy weight - collarbones are not meant to jut out heaps - it's normal to have rolls on your stomach when you sit down or bend over - it is normal to have a stomach that curves out a little bit - most girls have stretch marks somewhere on their bodies; it comes with growing up and growing out - stretch marks are not a sign of being fat, they are a sign of growing - BMI charts are not accurate at all -six-pack abs are not necessary to be healthy, be fit, or look good - eating whenever you are hungry is perfectly fine - the majority of girls have one breast bigger than the other (same goes for foot and hand sizes) - the best way to get a bikini body: put your body in a bikini - it is okay not to show off your body but it is also okay to show off your body as long as you're not mean to others about their bodies - your body is yours to do with what you want
