Day two;
Day two, off to a good start!! I woke up this morning at the right time with a smile on my face (not going to go into a lot of detail on here, but I will say that I was on the phone with this guy I liked for two hours). I was in a really good mood. I got to school, had a oatmeal-chocolate chip bar for breakfast and a water. My stomach wasn't grumbling like it usually does during the day! For lunch I had my salad (YES!) and no chips!! When I got home from school, I had another turkey and cheese sandwitch and went to the gym!! I may have caved when I got home... I had a scoop of Nutella. But I think I deserved it (;
So, all in all, today was an AMAZING day!! I don't know why, but my post yesterday made me inspired to go out and do something. Also, I had all my homework done before dinner - I think that would count as healthy, because now I won't have to be stressing out about it later on tonight.
Also! I just realized that Day One was on the first day of my 2nd semester in school - weird, right? It's like a semester resolution!!
I feel amazing!! I know that it's only the second day - but I honestly think this is going to work.
New Goal:
Tomorrow, do a mini workout which consists of...
Three sets of:
30 second plank
20 sit - ups
Weight lifting, too!!
Thank you to everyone who has been helping me and commenting!! I highly recomend this to anyone!! You guys - this is going to work. I have a really good feeling about this.
