Just wanted to let you know, I love what you're doing on here, and it is great and so helpful! :) You inspired me to really get in shape and try to be the person I want to be physically, so i'm joining a gym with my mom and doing your workouts! Just thought I'd say thanks! :)

I'm not sure if I'm gonna join track..I'm really tall and the coach makes tall people try hurdles the first few meets and I suck at hurdles. But I did cross country.

Hey, I would love to hear weight and i saw hat if i filled this thing in then you'd be able to work something out for me? Thank you,

-Height: 5ft 4ins
-Weight: 9st
- How much weight you'd like to loose: 8lbs
- What/How much you usually eat in a day: 3 good meals, with snacking
- What/How much exercise do, daily: i'm very sporty, i'll be doing at least an hour or 2 a day and that can also build up to 6 hours a day of exercise at weekends when i'm at tournaments etc.
- Without stopping, how long can you sprint or do a rigorious exercise? My stamina is pretty good, it's more the food i'm worried about.
- What do you do for fun, besides using the computer ;): sports
- What kind of foods you like / what kinds of tastes: I love really unhealthy foods, my 'guilty pleasures' are chocolate, cake and biscuits
- How much water you drink? I try to drink 8 glasses a day (:
- What do you think is keeping you from loosing weight? Motivation i guess, the food i ea is a big let down to my very sporty lifestyle
- WHY you want to loose weight? to feel good about myself, it will also make me more agile when doing my sports and i will feel loads healthier(:
