I prefer long distance.
It’s stronger and it means more.
You don’t need the physical contact to be in love with someone.
And why should you let miles and hours stop you from being with someone who’s perfect for you.
Miles and hours are numbers. Feelings are feelings.
Distance should never get in the way of how you feel about someone.
I know how hard it is to not be able to hold them, or feel them.
But just talking to them, webcamming, writing to them,
that should be enough.
Think about how it’s going to feel when you finally meet them,
how perfect it’s going to be.
Some of you need the physical contact,
and if you do, well then so be it.
But long distance relationships are beautiful.
Trust is the biggest factor in a relationship.
If you can trust someone who doesn’t live near you,
but you know would never hurt you, well then damn.
That right there is something to stand for.
If you’re in a long distance relationship, kudos.
