Purging really won't do you any good in the long run. Maybe you'll feel good about yourself, but you probably will continue to do it because you feel like you've gained a few pounds or have eaten too much, right? And if you keep purging and purging and purging, you won't be able to stop. If you want to look good, you need to eat food and actually digest it. Everyone needs to eats food (underweight and overweight people) to survive, and not digesting it fully is depriving your body of the nutrients it needs to make you look good and stay healthy. Instead of purging or starving yourself or exercising too much, remember to eat healthily every two hours. Stay strong and fight the urge, and you have to stop hurting yourself at some point, or else you will have to get very, very sick and have to be hospitalized, and quite frankly, hospitals suck. Tell her this "I really sorry this is happening to you, I hope you are ok! But if its really that bad and its getting into a domestic violent reletionship than end it, AND NOW! If you dont you'll end up dead... Or get him profestional help, If you have respect for him and yourself you'll take advice, ok? OMG!! why would he hit her ._. anyway if i were you i would totally tell her to break up with him if a guy hits a girl that's not EVER good its actually pathetic to hit a girl if he really loves her he should have told her that he is really sorry and tells her if she is ok or something did he? but if i was her i wouldn't shut up i would actually break up with him if he said sorry and hugged her and calls her after he hit her and says r u ok thats the kind of guy you should give a chance to reply

sit her down and tell her that she deserves better. tell her what you see about the abuse. ask her how it makes her feel. then you can say the that dumb "KEEP YOUR WORDS AND HANDS OFF HER SHE IS WAY BETTER THAN YOU TREAT HER AND I CAN TURN YOU IN FOR ABUSE AND YOU CAN GO TO JAIL FOR MANY YEARS IF I SHOWED THEM HER BRUISES." say that and your good. reply

I suggest to get few people, girls and guys, to gang up on him and have u and your friend stand with the group so he can't only hurt one person and he will be overpowered reply

I went through the exact same situation a few months ago. I personally believe everybody deserves a second chance no matter what. But ease back intothe friendship, be cautious and make sure she understands that the reason you are so careful is because you don't want to be hurt again. But I don't see why you two can't still be friends :) reply
