A Sleepless night;
I toss and turn for hours on end
I cant seem to fall asleep
as the clock strikes ten
I close my eyes for only a moment
but they wont say shut
no, dont speak,
I dont need your comment
Now its eleven oh three
a whole hour has gone by
I just want to sleep,
but in this bed, I just lye

have you ever....
felt like your not good enough?
feel no one cares?
your not skinny enough?
not fit for that group?
felt its your falut your familys messed up?
hurt inside and dont know why?
will never be good enough for that boy you really like?
think guys just like you for you body?
feel your messed up inside?
theres ten billon things going through your mind at once?
well your not the only one that feels like your coverd over a black cloud.
* you are who you are and if your friends cant take that then there not you REAL and TRUE friends.
* if your friends dont stand by you at all times even if your worng... find new friends
* its never your falut that your family is messed up... NEVER.
*people come in all diffrent shapes and sizes.. dont worry
*be yourself dont some one esle... and that guy might come around if he sees the real you.
*everyones not perfect.. were all messed up... EVERYONE....haha
*you always have a time when you have to many things in your mind goign arouhg at onece.. dont stress be calm..(and if you do stress dont make rinkles on your forhead.. it will cause you to have alot of rinckels when our older of even start then!)

it all started when i was in my computer class:
the teacher was yelling at the boys and said "gentleman please." then i started to think:
why do we call men, gentleman. theres nothing gentle about them!
