You go through depression when you don't feel perfect or you feel like everything is wrong in your life. It happens to me all the time and to overcome it, you have to make everything right and almost exactly the way you want it. The first step is to make it right with God. Then yourself. Then your family. Then everyone else. And even if it seems like everything is alright, you have to make sure that it is to the point where you barely even remember that you did anything wrong. Once you do that, I can help you with the rest. :) Somethings have happened to me over the past few months that led to a huge depression in my life and I am going to make it my duty to help you fill the hole in your heart. :) reply

Did I mention that they are hardcore..? reply
