So last night...
We had this thing called teen night, and my friend Morgan, she was there. Now let me tell you about Morgan, she cuts herself, all because of bullies and this one d!ck named Toryn. Morgan is in love with Toryn, but he bullies her. Toryn moved away last year, but last night he was back, and he is going to go to our school. Morgan went to go give Toryn a hug, because she mad missed him. Toryn began to tell her to knock it off. He then continued to make fun of her. Morgan then lifted her sleeves, and said "You are the reason I do this". Toryn then said " You are an idiot for doing that" And began to laugh with his friends. Morgan started crying and didn't stop. She went into the bathroom, and I followed her. She went into the stall and I waited for her by the sink. She came out, and put her earrings back on. I looked at her wrists, but saw nothing, so we left the bathroom after she fixed her makeup.
After a while, Toryn started making fun of her again. She started crying, and said that she wanted to kill herself. She said that she was planning her death. I pulled her away from the crowed of people, into this secret little area, and gave her the biggest hug I have ever given anyone. "You are better than this, Morgan, you are beautiful, and funny, and amazing. Don't let him get to you" I said, as she began crying. Then, this boy, Noah, walked by and threw a water bottle at us. I threw it back harder.

There's a man in his 80's, who lives in my city near a beautiful cliff.
It's a place people frequently go to suicide. Every time he sees someone too close to the edge, he rushes over and tries to stop them.
It's estimated he's saved over 160 people.
Don Ritchie, I don't know you, but you give me hope .
Don Ritchie passed away yesterday at the age of 85.
He was named a 'Local Hero' in the 2011 Austrailian of the Year Awards.
His funeral will be held on Friday.
By now, he's saved over 500 lives and I know alot of you have heard of him but for those of you who haven't, I think you should, because this guy's a real hero.♥

Today was my school talent show.
Me, being myself - decided to sing "Skyscraper" by Demi Lovato. I did my thing, I sang. And, at the end - people were in tears and I got a standing ovation. I have never felt so good about myself. The dean went to take the microphone away, but I asked if I could say something to my peers. He allowed me. That's when my heart poured out.. "Thank you all, really. Now, I have something to say." After that, it became dead silent. "You're clapping for me now, right? Weren't half of you guys the people who said I was 'fat' yesterday? Yeah. Little do you know, I can't keep my food down because of those things you say. I can go days without eating. I hope you know that." Then, I had to stop because some girls were laughing. I walked up to them and pulled up my bracelets. "Hey, Bri. Look. Look at what YOU caused. Yes, YOU. You practically put these scars on my wrist. Because of people like you, people turn into people like me. Can I just ask why? Why do you do this to me and so many others?" Her answer was this; "Well, Nicole. I do it because people are losers, a lot like you." And at that, I had enough. What did I say? I said, "Bri, I'm done. I'm done with you. So is everyone else. YOU NEED TO STOP. I'm sick of you. If you don't stop soon, something WILL happen. It may happen to me. Or to you. Or to that girl over there. Just, STOP. Ok? Go on and try to tear me down, I will be rising from the ground. Like a skyscraper." I turned around and walked away. I wasn't finished though. I turned back around to face my peers and said, "I thought suicide was the answer. But, I KNOW it's not. Don't try it, guys. You hurt yourself, you hurt your family. And it hurts your friends. Please. Talk to me if you need anything." People clapped so loud, my ears were about to bust. But, WAIT. I'm not done yet... This really popular guy, Mike, came up to the front. He took the microphone and said, "Nicole.. Thank you for giving me the courage to do this." No one knew what was coming, but what he said shocked so many people. "Bri, we're through." I have never laughed harder in my life. Best day ever? I think YES.

Hi, this is Cole's friend, Ariana. Cole isn't gonna be on that much because his mother passed away from cancer recenty & he's not in the mood for anything. Also, his sister commited suicide a few days ago. Please don't badger him with questions, he probably will ignore you. For those of you that have his number, he's not answering texts for a while because like I said, he's not in the mood for anything. I'm sure he'll miss you. He loves all of you. Well, that's all I came to tell you. Stay strong guys. x

Help, there is a stalker man that's following me home!?
So two weeks ago I went to this party with my friends and we knew everyone there except this one guy. At first I thought it was just me that didn't know him, but i asked my friend and a couple other people throughout the night and they said they didnt know him either. Anyways, my friend dropped me off a little ways from my house. When i was walking to my house that night the guy from the party was like slowly walking behind me. I wasn't scared at first but then when I kept crossing streets he would follow me, and when I looked at him he was smiling all funny. Anyways, I ran home and locked my door super fast after that. I was scared as heck! Today the same thing happened! I haven't told anyone yet, but now I'm scared! What should i do?

I just watched a film where a man's wife is brutally murdered by a serial killer and left his unborn son physically disabled. Then in a twisted turn of events, his son is kidnapped and he has to chase the kidnapper 1000's of miles with the help of a mentally disabled woman.

Long, but worth reading!
Set your alarm. Get up bright and early. Pull on a baggy top and jogging bottoms. Go outside, no matter what the weather. Walk for ten minutes. Skip for five minutes. Jog for five minutes. Towel dry your hair, leaving it damp to dry naturally. All natural. Go to the mirror. Look at what you see. Don't like it? Pick out three things you love. Your beautiful eyes, your shiny skin, your tinted cheeks. Go downstairs. Ignore the kitchen. You've already had breakfast. Get a glass of water. Paint your nails. Read a book. Go for a walk. Call your friends. Spend some time with your family. Spend some time outside. You know this will be a beautiful day. The sun might not be shining, but you are. This day will be perfect. This day will be the most perfect day you've had so far. No binging, no purging. No self-harm, no hating. Only loving and laughing and living.
