yo u know that moment
when you paint a landscape as a child and, when you're maybe under seven or something, the sky is just a blue stripe across the top of the paper? and then there's that somewhat disappointing moment when the teacher tells you that the sky actually comes down in amongst all the branches. and it's like life changes at that moment and becomes more complicated and a little bit more boring, as it's rather tedious to fill in the branches.

So today, we got kicked out of homeroom because we had no teacher in there and the boys were kicking this little soccer ball around; the year coordinator came in about three times telling us to stop kicking it around and leave the door open. She sent us into Dunne (a homeroom). They were watching Harry Potter. We all ran in talking loudly, so the teacher in the Harry Potter homeroom told us "For everyone who just walked in, we are watching this movie in silence. If you don't want to be silent, then you can all go across the hall to Bruchauser (another homeroom) and talk".
I have never seen so many students stand up and walk out of a classroom in sync so quietly.
I love my grade.

He hugged me goodbye today...
I'm not gonna see him for six weeks. I was shaking violently when he hugged me, just because my whole world was holding me, and for that brief minute, nothing else on the planet could have mattered more.

Love is waking up and getting out of bed in the morning, just for him. Love is feeling the extreme need to always have him around you. But love is letting him go, not because you want to, but because you know that's what he wants. Love is knowing he'll understand some day. Love is staying up all night, every night, talking about trivial little things merely because talking to him is the only thing in this world that makes you even remotely happy. Love is being there for him when his girlfriend cheats on him, comforting him, all the while mentally screaming, "IS HE STUPID? OR JUST BLIND? WHY DOESN'T HE SEE IT?", and dying inside when they get back together. But, love is knowing that in the end, he will end up as yours.

I walked into school extremely late. He saw me in the classroom window walking down to my locker; When I got to my locker, he was there, leaning on it, and he proceeded to have and extremely interesting conversation with me about teeth until I was finished getting my stuff, then walked me to my classroom, which was on the other end of the school.
