one summer night... part 1
Casey, Lisa, Eric, Kyle, Lucas, and i are all at Casey's house. its a typical end of august night. the sun is setting and we are enjoying the last day before some of have to go back to school. Casey and Eric and Lisa and Kyle just so happen to be making out as always. Lucas and i are just enjoying our last summer night together before i have to go back to school. we've been "talking" for about a month now.(he's a half black, half white, 6 foot tall kid. I'm a white small town girl and only 5 feet 2 inches tall.)
Lucas: "Alexa can i talk to you"
Me (Alexa): "yeah of course"
everyone has heard that little conversation and of course stop and stare at the two of us as we walk off the pool deck and into the yard.
Lucas: " i have a question for you"
me: "yeah?"
Lucas: " will you be my girlfriend?"
by now all our friends are looking over the rails of the deck watching us.
i didn't even need to say a word. all i did was reach up and kissed him.
so far this was the best summer night of my LIFE ♥
