Chapter One.
The morning of DOOM!
As soon as I woke up I sensed something was wrong . I opened my eyes and watched the specks of dust dance in the air. It was late. I didn't have a clock in my room but I just knew it was late.
"MUM!?" I screamed. I could sense panic in my voice. I had visions of the last time she went. Exactly 10 day and 3 hours. I was counting the minutes and seconds but she didn't come. I was scared to death that mum hadn't taken her pills. Mum has bipolar. When I was little me and mum would kid that she was a polar bear. But now that I understood, it was scary. I was sick of mums silly games. Sometimes I wish I didn't have to be the mum, I wish I could spread my wings and soar in the sky and fly away from my problems...but sometimes you have to face reality, suddenly the image of me soaring in the air like a bullet faded. And I was standing in a cold gloomy attic. I realised I yelled for Mum too loud, now my little sister Jo was standing with Bethany my other sister, they were hand in hand with their fingers stuck in their mouths. Sometimes I wish I could stick my fingers in my mouth and not have a care in the world, but life..well it does NOT work like that...
