When you go through deep waters,
    I will be with you.

You are more than the choices that you've made,
You are more than the sum of your past mistakes,
You are more than the problems you create,
    You've been remade.
Cause this is not about what you've done,
But what's been done for you.
This is not about where you've been,
But where your brokenness brings you to
This is not about what you feel,
But what He felt to forgive you,
And what He felt to make you loved.

There once was a boy and a girl. They were as in love as two people could be, doing everything together, going everywhere together, they were inseperable. The boy had just returned from basic training in the army.
One day the girl asked the boy, "How much do you love me?" He just answered "From here." She didn't get it but didn't press the issue. One day the couple got into a huge fight, and the girl stormed out. Not wanting to lose what meant the world to him, the boy ran after her. Once he caught up to her he apologized for everything and told her he never meant to hurt her. Through her tears the girl asked, "How much do you love me?" Again, the boy just answered "From here."
Throughout the summer, they fell even more in love. The boy proposed, and they were married the following Fall. At the end of her vows the girl asked, "How much do you love me?" Right at the alter in front of their friends and family, the boy still answered, "From here."
The following Winter the boy was deployed to Afghanistan. The couple exchanged letters as often as they could. While cleaning the house one afternoon, the girl heard a knock on her door. It was the postman, delivering a telegram. The girl read the telegram and fell to her knees sobbing. The boy had been killed defending his country.
A week later, while still mourning, the girl again heard a knock on her door. It was the postman again, this time delivering a letter. He looked at her and said, "Sometimes mail arrives later than intended when coming from overseas." The girl looked down. It was a letter from her husband. As slow as she could, she carefully opened the letter. When she read it she started crying all over again. The letter said everything she ever needed to hear, yet it only had two words on it.
    To here.
