It sounds like you are really overwhelmed. It also sounds like you have a lot going on with school pressure and anxiety. School is really tough. I re start school at my university day after next. Maybe some tutors or going to office hours could help you. Keep up the hard work! I think the suffering you experience now, will become strength for you and others later. I wish you the best!

Feeling alone is not an uncommon feeling. Starting university is a huge step and it's never really mentioned in depth how much of an adjustment period it is. Everyone adjusts at a different rate and it sucks a lot right now (I'm in the same position!)
I wish I had more advice but I still don't know how to balance out all of my school work.
Although, remedies as far as stress and feeling overwhelmed, for me since starting uni has been working out or napping or just talking to friends in my dorm or taking a breather walking around campus.
I hope things get better for you! And I (and I'm sure many others) are in the same position so don't be afraid to reach out. Good luck!
