He refuses to even talk to me, text me, or answer my phone calls. It just hurts so bad, to think that he cared when he didn't, and now he won't even talk to me

I know exactly how you feel and no matter how many times people tell you you'll be okay, you don't believe it. But trust me the feeling will subside after a while, all you need is some time :) FYI, you deserve better then that douche bag.
