Telling someone they're beautiful, and to stop cutting is ridiculous. Why bring beautiful into pain! Cutting is about pain, and not always the pain about someone saying they're ugly or whatever. Still, telling someone they're beautiful, won't make them believe it. I'm sure all the selfharmers are SICK AND flippin' TIRED of hearing it! You're doing it wrong! I understand you're, you're trying to help, or whatever, but you should think about what causes things before assuming its something else. Sorry if I came off as a stupid jerk.
