Most people on witty, tumblr, twitter, or any
other website make posts about people and telling them things like
"You're beautiful", "Don't think about
ending your life", "Stay strong,". But honestly
think about it, if you were in those shoes of people who are so
lost in life, that saying "Stay strong" will help them.
Yes it may have a good meaning but those who do not feel their
strongest do not need to be reminded they are not strong enough to
"stay strong". Also saying, "Don't end your life
tonight," is only making them think of the fact that I thought
about it, which makes things only worse. The girl that gets bullied
for having glasses gets told "Hey you, reading this,
you're beautiful," When she knows it is just a person she
doesn't even know, who doesn't know her, sending out a
message to all those who feel weak. Instead why don't we be
more of a friend and give them more of our time then just say
"Stay strong dear,". Instead talk it out with them, help
them, show them you care. Because the last time I remember when I
felt like giving up, "Stay strong," Meant nothing.
