So, I get invited to
play "Russian Sailors' Dance" with
the string orchestra at my school. The conductor
tells me, "Just watch out. This piece
flies. It'll give you a run
for your money." And I'm all, "Oh,
sure, that's fine. I'll manage." But
when I come into orchestra the next day, I'm faced with
the massive disappointment that:
"Wait, we're not playing this at 192
bpm?!"

I've played that piece in my orchestra before...gosh, it's difficult at first! :)
