My mom did that then drugs and now I have not seen her in three years, going on four. Show him your post and how much you love him and that when he dose this he is hurting you severly! If he truly he will see and understand then hopefully slow down untill he stops> But don't expect him to stop imedatly because that is very dangerous and hard....

I know this is hard to hear, but call a crisis hotline. It works. believe me, I've been through it and I came out happy again. And they didn't brainwash me, I promise. They taught me how to cope, and showed me I am loved, and that doing that stuff doesn't help. if you wanna talk about it, add me on skype-- kelsey.legere
