I want to talk to a school counciler, and I was about to with my friend, but she bailed out on me and I didnt want to go alone. I have never lost a friend, and I don't want to start now. I am just scared for her. She acts like everything is completely fine around me, and she tells me not to worry.

Tell an adult. I don't care if she wants help, or not. Tell a trusted adult, like a school counselor or your friend's parents. She may be mad at you now, but when she realizes you saved her life, she will be thankful.
