Why you shouldn't
starve yourself:
When you starve yourself, your body slows down its metabolism to
conserve energy. This means the longer you go on starving
yourself, the slower you'll lose weight. Without sufficient
glucose you receive from food, your brain will begin to function
improperly. You will experience mental fatigue, inability to
concentrate, irritability, headaches, and confusion. Because your
muscles will not receive enough fuel from food, you will begin to
feel weak, faint, and unstable. However, when you starve
yourself, you will notice you will rapidly lose weight. When you
begin eating again, your body will store all of the food and
cause you to rapidly gain weight. It will all
turn into fat, so if you starve yourself again, your body will
have something to live off of. However, if you just continue to
starve yourself, eventually your body will shut
down, and you will die. So please,
don't starve yourself. Lose weight the healthy way by
exercising a maximum of an hour a day, and eat healthy. You will
be surprised by how quickly you will start to see
results.
