have low self esteem, cut/ harm yourself in anyway shape or form.

I hate every part of me. My hair my, face, ugh just everything. I'm fat discusting and I am recovering. Anorexia is in my mind everyday screaming how fat i am and i see my progress being washed away and it kills me to keep eating. I dont have any urges to self harm and more.... but i do think about that and suicide often... yea. thats meh.
