Buy a exercise bike and do it in the own comfort of your home, or garage, or garden. That eliminates of people seeing you, and well I don't know about america but gym fee's in australia are ridiculous so it saves money in the long run, and also you can then wrokout whenever. Make no sense but yeah

I also do yoga - it's really great to relax and although at the time it doesn't feel super strenuous, you really do build body flexibility, muscle and control while shedding weight. I also find good exercising videos on YouTube - the channel BeFit has a ton of great ones, both long and short. My favourite right now is the 'Banish Fat Boost Metabolism' work-out by Jillian Michaels, because it doesn't even need weights or anything, it's all on your own. I can just do that in the morning before my shower and it does work. ^-^ Eating wise, like PaperLung said, I think you know what you're doing, haha. Something I have noticed that helps though is drinking a glass of water before every meal - it stops you from overeating because you think you're hungrier than you are. Also, when you want to snack, drink a glass of water.
Hope this helps in some way. o.e

I do yoga everyday. Its really promising, in my opinion. Not too hectic, and it lasts. I'm losing unwanted weight and gaining health. People usually think yoga is for old people, but it's really not. It does take effort, but it builds a person, physically and mentally. It's a lot simpler than running and jumping - those tire very fast and you get discouraged. It sounds like I'm advertising, lol, but it really has made me feel and look better. I've become a lot more relaxed and I'm having a decrease in headaces. The other obvious step is eating well, which I think you've got covered since you don't eat meat. Good luck with weight loss :-)

There are videos on YouTube if you search like quick at home workouts and you can just do them in your room. That's what I do at night and it actually works
