Chapter 43
Today in school it was so awkward. Every time I saw Hannah I looked the other way and every time I saw Hannah with Madison I ran through them and kissed him. I couldn’t stand her. The fact that she tried to get in between Madison and I aggravates me. I know that Madison loves me and that he would never do that but deep down inside I just keep thinking about how he made out with her. If he liked her then what’s stopping him from liking him now. She is one of the prettiest girls in the school. I shook my head and tried not to think about it. When I got up to my room I lay on my bed and opened my computer. I opened Tumblr and I had 35 questions in my ask. I started to read and answer them and I scrolled past one that said “I can’t believe Justin is coming to New Jersey! Are you guys gonna hang out?” is that true? I thought. I opened a new tab and scrolled down his twitter page. “Landing in New Jersey in 2 hours!  Who’s gonna be there waiting?” one of his recent tweets said. Knock knock, I heard at my door. I check when he tweeted it before I went to the door, 2 hours and 30 minutes ago. I opened the door and Madison stood in front of me, thank god. 
“Hey babe.” He said and gave me a kiss.
“Hey!” I responded. My phone vibrated in my pocket and I looked at it. “Last chance!” It read.
“So I heard Justin is here, in New Jersey.” He said, not sounding very delighted.
“Yeah I just heard,” I said, “look Madison I have to tell you something”.
“Oh god, please don’t tell me you love him!”
“No, no. of course not. I love you! It’s just, don’t get mad ok.”
“Don’t worry I won’t.”
“No Madison you have to promise me.”
“It’s really that bad?” I could speak so I shook my head. “I promise.” Madison said and then he kissed me.
“Yesterday, that wasn’t my first time.” I said, as delicately as I could.
“Who was,” he asked, “or do I not wanna know?”
“You probably don’t, but you should.”
“Ok, tell me.”
“It was, Justin.” Madison was silent, he just keep his eyes on the floor. He was probably too disgusted to look at me. “Madison, I’m sorry. But I don’t need you to tell me it was a huge mistake because I already know. But that’s all over now. You know I love you and only you.” Madison still didn’t speak. “I guess I can’t blame you if you’re mad. I would be mad too.”
“I’m not mad at you,” he spoke, “I’m just mad that I wasn’t there when you needed me. If I went with you last summer you wouldn’t have had to be with that jerk. You wouldn’t have felt the pain you had to feel.”
“It wasn’t all his fault.” I said.
“I know and I’m sorry all of this happened. I love you Julia, but next time I see him, I might just kill him.” Knock knock, I heard at my door. Madison was already here, so who else could it be? I stood up and walked to go get it. I opened the door and I couldn’t believe it, “Justin?” I asked.
“Hi Julia.” he said.
“What are you doing here?”
“Well I’m here for the next few weeks and I could help but to say hello.” Justin said. I turned around hoping Madison didn’t hear him, but he did, and he was already half way to the door. I saw the angry look on his face and feared that I knew what he was about to do. “Madison, don’t do this.” I yelled, but he ignored me. I tried to block him form Justin but it didn’t work. Madison rammed right through me and punched Justin right in the face and he fell back onto the grass.
“I guess I deserved that.” Justin said putting his hand up to his face.
“Madison go inside!” I yelled. Madison turned around and walked inside like I said. “Justin I am so sorry. Are you ok?” I asked sitting down next to him.
“Yeah I’ll be fine. I’ll just have to think of an excuse when I get interviewed tomorrow.”
“Oh my god, this is horrible. Is there anything I can do to help?”
“Is it really that bad?”
“Well you’re definitely gonna get a bruise. Come inside and we’ll put some ice on it.”
“Is he gonna do it again?” Justin asked referring to Madison.
“No he’s just mad because I just told him about how you were my first time.”
“Why did you tell him? I thought we weren’t gonna tell anyone!” Justin flipped.
“I had to, or someone else was gonna tell him.”
“Who? I thought we were the only ones that knew.”
“I may have told someone that I thought I trusted at the time.”
“Well we both better hope that you can trust them now.”
