Okay so as we all know Justin's birthday is on March 1st and he's turning 19. I wanted to do something special for Justin so as a small birthday present I want to make a video for Justin. So if you want to participate i need you to send me either a picture or a 30 second video wishing Justin a happy birthday. I will notify the people who are in the video. If you are participating can you please spread the word to other beliebers because I want to as much people involved as possible.
