I'm always here if you need support. It's not like you can turn off the voices in your head , the constant critics , the noise every time you eat. I get that . I really do . But please don't let them completly take over. They seem so real , I know , but they really arn't . They are not you , they do not make choices for you. Try your hardest to ignore them , and I know its nearly impossible , but please try. You're beautiful , and I know you don't see it . All you see is fat. But you're wrong , I promise you. I wouldn't say any different.
So please my love , please try. The voices won't be there forever. You just gotta try
