Hi there
everyone.
I'm going to give you a little
insight on
how I lost 23 pounds in 4 months:
- I drank 8 glasses of water a
day
- Excersized everyday: Indoor track & Softball
- I brought my own lunch to school
- Salad, sandwhich, lean cuisine
- I slept enough (around 8 hours)
- NO SNACKS; That's right, I didn't snack at all.
- No soda! That one was kind of hard
- Last but not least, I DIDN'T STARVE.
Honestly, I think the last one is most important.
I hope that if you are trying to lose weight,
you do it it the healthy way.
Hopefully this works for anyone who tries
it!
