Chapter Eight
Harry sounded so excited when I
said yes.
We made plans to go out again tonight, well not go out.
We were going to hangout at his place.
I called my mom, to tell her.
"Mom, I'm dating Harry." I said right as she
answered the phone.
"Oh, cool." She replied.
Thats it? Why does she hate me!
"Yeah, I'm going over to his house after
school."
"No, I said you were home after school."
"That sucks. I'm going to Harry's. I'll be home
before 11." And I hung up.
I had to call one more person before the bell rung.
"Haylee.." I said into the phone. She didn't reply.
"Come on. I'm sorry! I wasn't even dating him. I am
now."
"Good for you." She said, and hung up on me. Well okay
then.
I went to my locker, seeing Braden standing there.
"Um. Move?" I said rudely, but he didn't.
"We need to talk."
"About what? There isn't anything to talk about. I'm
dating Harry. I'm over you!" I said kind of loud, trying
to make it sound true. I really wasn't over him. I loved him,
but I liked Harry.
"Cassidy. We both know thats not true." He said,
giggling to himself.
"Get the f/ck away from my locker." I said, straight
faced.
He left, after 5 minutes. I got my books and headed to first
period.
