i write things down, twice! ;i set one on fire and put the other
one in an envelope!
or i do the salt and ice challenge alot..:/ it does hurt when you
do it right, but tbh alot of people are doing it so they wont
suspect anything! it scars for life; but its better than
CUTTING.
