My sister saw them... All my cuts and pain... She saw them.
She can't tell my parents.
I hate her so much it hurts. I want to cut more now.. I want to
end it..
Oh gosh I need to get out of here. It's like I can't
escape.
MY chest hurts and my head is spinning.
I need a way out!!

It scares me.. I said I was going to take a shower today because I felt sick and she hugged me.. I didn't come out of the shower for over and hour. She kept asking if I was okay in there. It scared me..

Don't, it's going to be okay. Try to find a way to release stress and pain without cutting or harming yourself in any other way. If she does tell anybody, it will be best that you get help. Please stay strong. If you need to talk about anything, just come to me. God bless <3

my sister saw mine two once. you have to talk to her. it's the only way. also, get help. i know you don't want to. but it's for the best i swear! good luck honey:) <3
