I did that, I lost 70 pounds, my self-respect, my dignity, most of my friends.
I understand it feels good to have nothing in there, you feel thinner? prettier?
The more weight you lose , the more comfortable you feel around people?
If you keep that up, to the point that I did, When you decide to eat, you'll feel sick, not just in your mind, but legitimately.
How would you feel if someone you loved walked into your room, and found you dead, because you Just didn't feel like eating that week, you just has to loose 5 more pounds? once i reach *blah* weight , I'll stop, then you reach that weight and its like, no, just a few more pounds, I still don't love myself.
I don't know who you are, but I get you. You're better than that. You're wonderful, and beautiful. If you ever need someone, I'll be here.

Dont do that babe . I did it before . Yeah , it makes you lose weight . But its really unhealthy . Your putting off bad weight . You need to eat . your beautiful . And I know that . Everyone that looks at like thinks that. Your skinny enough ... You are perfect the way you are . If you ever need to talk im here babe .
