Story.
Chapter 7 (Part 1)
"Jake, hey." I plop down my
lunch tray next to his. I try to keep it smooth, but I'm
practically nothing but jitters and excitement. I actually have a
"friend".
"Uh, hi Amber." He says, and all of his friends stare at
me, including Jorden, a girl that hates me.
"Who's she?" asks a guy I don't know. I flash him
a friendly smile.
"Um, guys, this is Amber. She's my...my..uh, lab
partner." The guys that asked about "who i was"
spits his water out laughing, along with the rest of the table.
Jake awkwardly glances down with his hand on the back of his head.
What's so funny?
"She's the girl that exploded your expierement and blamed
it on you?!" Says Jorden.
Huh? I never blamed it on him! I glance Jake a look and get up,
walking away from the laughing clowns. "Amber," I hear
Jake call,"I..." But he trails
off.
