PROLOUGE:

My name is Sophie and this morning is the official start to my new school year as a sophmore. Time flies way too fast for me. Especially when he's around. His name? Dustin. We've been together for two years and everything was PERFECT. I mean... of course, there was time where jealousy came in, but that was it. My parents loved him. If only they knew how much I love him. They love him because his parents are friends with my parents, but what they don't know is that we're dating. None of our parents' know. They've never been too good with me doing any dating. All they care about for me is school, school, and school. If you think that isn't bad enough, over summer whenever I went to the beach, I had to lie and say that I was studying over at a friend's. They've never found a reason not to trust me, so they never questioned me about anything. I guess that you can say that I come from the nicer half of town. Don't worry. My life story isn't about venting on and on about a pair of shoes I can't own or that my lipstick shade is too light. No, not at all. This, my friend, is my love story.
