Before You Leave Me

Preview/Prolouge
There I was, knealing next to
the hospital bed. There were tears pouring down my
face while he lay there, motionless. His heartbeat was
getting slower and slower and I could hear the faint sound of
his breathing. I know I knew him once and that he saved my
life, I wish I could remember, but after I was knocked out, I
had severe memory loss. His four friends were here, too. One
with extremely curly hair was on the other side holding his
hand trying not to make eye contact, because he knew he would
start crying if he saw him. Another with short straight brown
hair was sitting in a chair in the corner on the verge of
tears. The other two, one with blonde hair and beautiful blue
eyes, and the other with spiked dark brown hair were waiting
ouside. They didn't want to see the poor soul in the
shape he is in right now. The doctor came in and told us to
come out into the hallway. The one on the other side of the
bed stayed, and the other guy and I went to see whet the
doctor had to say. I was scared to hear what he had to
say.
